Awsome stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and will be back. Check in was very easy, room was very clean when we arrived, staff was nice, breakfast had plenty of options and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the patio area outside our room.

Disappointed. We generally look for Hyatts when we travel, but we were let down. They put us in a room by the elevator that we could hear beeping every time it moved. Also, the bottom level rooms opened up to the courtyard where the pool and hot tub were located. Staff told people in those rooms they could smoke on the porches attached to those rooms. So it was pretty difficult to get Jon the pool without smelling smoke. If that doesn’t bother you, just make sure to ask for a room away from the elevator.

GReat spot

The bed threw my back out bc it was sunk in, in the center. Other than that it was a great room. Also the breakfast wasnt great but it did the job. Staff was awesome and super nice and helpful.

We liked the free breakfast every morning. The 3rd floor was quiet. The room was cleaned every day. The fire sensor was malfunctioning at night emitting light. The sink did not drain very fast.
