I didn't have the room that I understood I would have. The bed was terrible. the worst I have ever been on in a hotel. I ended up in so much pain that I also got a terrible headache. I got up and set on the small end of the couch. Because I had my child already asleep on the sleeper. I understood that I would have a step in shower and ended up with a tub shower. I am disable and there wasn't an ADA available to my understanding. I slipped twice in the shower, the toiletries were out of my safe reach, and the water pressure was terrible. I have stayed at Hyatt Place hotels multiple times before at another location and it was wonderful. Not this time and not this location.

AC was super loud. Couch had stains on in. Furniture was old and peeling. The shower pressure was super low. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Great place for my unexpected travel to the valley. I enjoyed the ease of access to the freeway and the variety of dining options nearby in fast food and sit down restaurants. The only negative for me was how frequent there were landing planes overhead from the airport. I guess this is directly in the flight path so you do get that occasional jet noise you can hear in the room but overall it’s a great place to stay.
