Traveled 10 hours and arrived 2 hours early. Code I received did not work. Reached out to host, management company replied it would be an additional 75 for an early check in. This was done AFTER the cleaning lady was leaving and told me everything was all set.All of my past experiences with VRBO, the host has always been overly accommodating. Some even showing up early to greet me. This place is managed by Good Life Arizona, not an independent owner. The management company reached out via email, text and phone calls asking for a current photo of my license as well as a current selfie. This was requested despite my completion of the application where I uploaded my photo ID. I attached these files through the VRBO portal. Management company called back and told me they could not receive attachments, they wanted me to send them both my license and selfie via text. I finally refused as I did not recognize the company or the phone numbers that were calling me repeatedly.Garage door opener did not work, was not able to park in the garage. Outside of these two complaints, the accommodations were clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for anyone working in Phoenix.
