I got in very late and room they gave was used as a custodial storage room, they forgot about that. It’s in a not very safe part of Phx. They did move me to another room!

Horrific experience!!! Stay somewhere else!!!

On arrival .. during check in there is no restroom in the lobby… the staff was very nice. Given a room .. upon entering the room there was such a horrific smell or ammonia that it burned our eyes and throat …. The urine stains on the carpet Were all Over the floor!!! After entering this room and the immediate need to get out .. I went back to the lobby and requested a new room. We were given a room that smelled better less of urine and more like an old age home …. The back of the bathroom door had crusted boogers on it and the phone had an unknown substance all over it…. Freaking GROSS!!! Over all this place was Absolutely disgusting and I cannot believe that this establishment has the audacity to “charge” A deposit and tells you that they will refund it when the room is checked!! Do not stay at this location !!!

When checking into the hotel the desk had to check and see if there was anyone in the room prior to letting me check in, proceed to the room was told to only use a certain elevator so I did and the doors would not open when I got to the floor proceeded back to the lobby and the door only opened an inch had to pry door open to get out… when finally got to the room I went in and the table was sticky the bathroom was disgustingly dirty like someone had just used it. the blinds did not close all the way…. With that being said had a very large man tap on the window and ask if I had seen a white dog or had it in there with me as he was stairing right into the room…. At that point I went back down to the desk and told them I could not stay here I feared for my safety “she stated done already” I would like a refund and do not recommend this property to any one it almost seems as if they rent by the hour.… expedia you should not list the facility as one of you properties you promote very unsafe and dirty!

The rooms are mildew and mold infested. The smell is horrible. Hair was still in the tub at check in and mold around tub. Refrigerator was nasty. Other longterm guest is running a lot lizard HOUSE. Women in and out of different rooms all night. You can hear the noises coming from the rooms. (If you know what I mean)

Admittedly, I did not expect an exceptional experience. God bless the homeless. The area immediately surrounding the facility had many homeless people nearby which made for some uncomfortable moments during daylight. The room was decent , however I assume the room's carpet had been recently cleaned. It was damp in places, and literally soaked between the bed and sliding glass door. That possibly had something to do with the humid/sticky feel to the room. The A/C never got ahead of the humidity. Lastly, I personally did not appreciate the front desk clerk wearing a very visible "JUICY" necklace. It was not a pleasant first impression. I was VERY close to staying somewhere else.

The place is so filthy and stinky 😡 even the homeless can’t stay in such a place. Within 3 hours in the room , I had difficulty in breathing cos of the filthy state of the room with mounds. I couldn’t sleep. I had to sit outside balcony till 6am when I checked out even though I had paid for more days of stay. They can’t provide even bottled water. The staff are ok but they lack customer care service . If you want to checkout early, they can’t refund as they claim that they don’t refund if you paid online 😞😞 I have never experienced such embarrassment like this! Guys your health is your responsibility . Don’t be fooled by the AI about this hotel.Its not worth it

There was a woman screaming outside in the courtyard for several hours during the night. The hotel lacked security to deal with this issue. The room had a strange smell. It was clean and otherwise okay. The internet was horrible.

I'm a roach motel veteran and i usually don't leave reviews. But there were yellow stains and a dry crusty spot on the sheets on top of the blood stains on the carpet in front of the sink. Sorry y'all, gotta meet the very bare minimum. Two stars because the room was an awesone size and things were pretty peaceful around.

The staff in general were great, very welcoming and hospitable, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Property itself is older and it shows, its clean enough for what youre paying. It rained the entirety of my visit (rare for PHX, I know) and my room ended up having a leak in the ceiling. Also, just little things, but the toilet dripped, the shower never got very hot, and it smelled strongly of cigarettes and cannabis when i walked into my room, likely due to its position near the courtyard. The long-term tenants tend to be a bit noisy too, especially the dogs. Overall okay, but the staff were mostly really great, in particular the manager.

If you're looking for a bargain stay near the airport, this hotel pops up close to the top of your search results, but the area is pretty sketchy with limited nearby dining options. The rooms are cleanish but shabby and worn with lots of patches and missing elements (like toilet paper and shampoo! No shampoo on site apparently.) The "residents" of the hotel all seemed to have rage issues with one guy screaming at someone as he shut the door so hard the walls ratted. Another kicked and cursed the elevator door using choice language as the doors closed too fast. If you can afford the extra $20 to $30, head to another option. PS Despite what the Expedia listings say, there is no airport shuttle here.

Room was dirty musty and smelled like cat pee. Screen bent on window, carpets strained, dirty bathroom floor, etc. Unsafe feeling. Looks poorly managed eith no security.
