Staff was great, on my visit the Wi-Fi cut out once or twice, the I've machine was broken but the staff at circle K basically next door was very helpful. I traveled alone, did not feel unsafe during my stay, and no damage incurred to rental car in lot. Might be specific to my room type, but no microwave mini-fridge or coffee pot but they offered coffee @ 6am in lobby. Check-in/out was a breeze, front office staff 24/7. Would stay here again for a short trip.

I reserved a deluxe room with a fridge and a microwave for my 3-day stay. The room I given was not a deluxe. I was promised a 30% reimbursement, I have received it. Room was supposed to be non-smoking , and it smelled like smoke and there were cigarette burn marks everywhere .Manager was never available. Room was not clean. Air conditioner wasn't working, but they fixed it the next day . I called to let them know I was arriving late, after 11 pm, and I was told by the staff at the front desk that we needed to check in by 8:00 p.m. or our reservation would be canceled, which later I was told is not true at all. The place is dirty. There's trash that needs to be picked up everywhere outside, towels were dirty. There was no extra toilet paper. The place is poorly managed. Staff is not trained well. There were lines of people out the door waiting to complain about their situation, there were lots of unhappy customers.

The room was very neglected. It was dirty and they gave us a smoking room and I had a hard time breathing. One of the beds was pressed all the way against the air unit and someone either had to freeze at night or the entire room would be hot. Stains on the bathroom wall and trash in thr corner of the room. There was also strange activity outside all night and the stair well outside was rusted out and not safe to step on. Far over priced for the amenities provided.

Talk about a dump! Pictures online make it look way nicer than it is. The guy at the counter at check in was full of personality- not… paid $20 extra for early check in and room wasn’t even ready. Had to get our keys rekeyed everyday and they didn’t even check yo make sure it was my room. Yeah. That’s safe with a hotel full of creepy people that live there. There are fights and arguments everywhere. Saw a guy spraying for bugs. Still haven’t decided if that’s a good thing or bad.

Friendly staff. Room is small and looks run down with no coffee maker, fridge, microwave or shampoo and conditioner. For the price, it’s ok. Bed is descent but you hear people walking outside the door talking at late hours. Strong smell of bleach in the room. This needs a renovation for certain.

Arrived and upon entering the property the pictures had already lied to me. I don’t complain much but I only do when my safety is in question. Our room had homeless and random non staying residents all around being extremely loud late at night, the room we over paid for which was smoke free smelt like ash, no appliances and the cherry on top being someone trying to break in at 2 am. Way over priced, just spend a bit more even if it’s a bit out of your budget. Trust me.

The card reader on the door stopped working so we were locked out. Guy at front desk gave a lot of attitude a said we’d have to wait till the morning when he could get in contact with maintenance. He didn’t seem to care that my partners asthma medication was locked in the room. He gave us another room that was turned away by other people because of the suspicious stain on the mattress. After long back and forth conversations the guy was eventually able to get into contact with maintenance and we were able to get into our room an hour or so later….was really quite frustrating.

Halfway through the stay, the room was cleaned and all our medication, toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and body wash were thrown away. We were far from our check out date, and when I contacted the office for help, was charged $5 for a replacement toothbrush. Room was otherwise in poor condition, and one of the beds had broken coils in the mattress.

Ran into an issue with the room we had booked, spoke with the manager a few days later and explained said issue. Manager made it right after a conversation confirming things. Very pleased with the customer service I received.
