When I booked it my reservation I told him that I wanted a microwave in the refrigerator and they said they were going to bring one up to the room they decided to change their mind and they moved us into another room and the bed was all lumpy and the TV did not work at all just a regular channels couldn't enjoy any kind of cable TV or nothing like that

Got there 20 mins after check-in time , room wasn’t ready until an hour later . We just got off the road for 10 hours and just wanted a shower . The lady at the desk was rude and laughed when I voiced my issues.
