Your GM there has NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Your other is staff wonderful....
He literally lied to me before I rebooked this Motel again because I called Corporate to report the NO WATER PROBLEM from the week before I stayed there & I have been a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS & SPENT A LOT OF MONEY STAYING THERE TO GO TO TO MY DOCTORS BECAUSE OF IT!!!
HE SHOULD BE FIRED & THRU HIS ACTIOS, PUT MY HEALTH/CANCER AT GREATER RISK!!!!
Beware!!! the Manager Shan...There was No TV & No Water when I stayed here last week, he refused to give me any kind of discount
Because I complained to Corporate, he then lied to me during my next stay the next week to go to my doctor for my Cancer Appts & was tridd to ban me from the motel AFTER I PAID & SPOKE WITH HIM IN ADVANCE, AFTER I ARRIVED FROM A LONG TRIP....HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AS A GM FOR THIS MOTEL!!!
