The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the play equipment. It should be noted that the ground underneath the play area is rock, so falls for the little ones created a concern. Luckily only a couple bandaids were needed. This property had an extremely well stocked kitchen, and was very clean.

Great place to stay! Very clean , beautiful, spacious home. . My 4 year old granddaughter never wanted to leave the backyard. We did pay the extra money to have the pool heated , which allowed for more time during the day in the pool. We have stayed at multiple homes throughout the Mesa/Scottsdale/Gilbert area and this was definitely our favorite. We will definitely rent this facility again. ALSO , Megan was always very responsive for any questions that we had both prior to our stay and during our stay.

Family Time

We had a great 10-day family gathering with 14 all adults spanning 3 generations. The communication, check-in process, and house details were fantastic. Pool and games were very enjoyable and love the location. We completely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. One suggestion for staying here is to bring a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music as there is no stereo to use, but lots of nice tv’s in the house.

Beautiful oasis

I stayed here with my 3 boys (14, 11 and 10) plus my friend and her son. We had plenty of room to relax. The house had tons of entertainment for the kids! But the pool area was amazing!! Five days of never getting bored or relying on electronics for entertainment. Definitely recommend and will be back next year for my sons football tournament!

Wonderful

This very beautiful home was GREAT to stay at. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of space to be together or to do our own thing. The kids and adults had an absolute blast in the pool and on the slide. I would recommend this home to anyone--especially with children. Our property manager Megan was great to work with and VERY easy to get ahold of and always kept me updated before the trip with anything I asked. Am sure this will be one of our favorite trips!!

Spacious house, could use some maintenance

First the positives: Interactions with the company managing the property were all excellent. Clear and timely communication throughout. An informative binder on how to operating things at the house was provided. Lots of helpful labels located throughout the property. The house has a large and well designed layout. Plenty of room to gather together and spread out and spend time alone as needed/wanted. Instant hot water at all taps was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The pool and spa were well maintained and operated as promised during our stay. Neighborhood was pleasant with a walking trail and playgrounds nearby, and surrounding areas were nice as well. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping available nearby. Opportunities for improvement: Quite a few small maintenance items needing attention (sliding doors difficult to open/close, blinds broken, carpets needing cleaned, drywall needing repaired on the ceiling over the outdoor dining area, dishwasher rack broken, pool table bumpers needing replaced, pool cues missing tips, etc.). None of these were deal breakers but it does detract from one's overall enjoyment of an otherwise nice property to be always seeing these worn out aspects. The tablet and app that operate the pool and spa did work, but had some "lag." For what it costs to stay at this property, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and repair, but perhaps my expectations are out of line.

We were in town for a funeral and this house was a perfect gathering spot. Loved the large home with its many bathrooms and all the bedrooms were great! The Power Ranch neighborhood was beautiful! Roomy, inviting and loads of fun

With two private master suites and four bedrooms around a game room, both parents and kids had their own oasis! The pool, spa and fire pit were immediately the daily and nightly meeting places. Megan was always quick to answer any questions, making the stay stress free.

We had a great time playing in the pool...definetly pay to have it heated. I liked that you could control the pool/spa with an app. The grandkids really enjoyed the slide.
