This home boasts a great backyard for gathering with a covered patio, party lights,
pool, large ice chest, fire pit, grass area for corn hole or other yard games, 4 burner Blackstone griddle and Traeger pellet smoker. Inside you have 2000 square feet of living space, an open kitchen and large dining room with an island, 2 separate living areas both with smart tv's. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, several flat screen tv’s, Kuerig coffee maker, ceiling fans in all rooms, leather power reclining couches and desk/office space in the third bedroom.

Located only 30 minutes from Saguaro Lake which offers charter boat tours, boat rental, restaurant with a spectacular view, or you can just go hang out on the shore and swim in the lake.

This is a pet friendly home with doggie doors so if you are sensitive to pets, please pass. Home will be professionally cleaned and has all tile floors.

Get a way from Mn wInter

Weather was very nice for 2 week stay March 7-22. . Brought our bikes. Property close to Canel bike trails. Very quiet neighborhood! Close to baseball A’s spring training faculty. Enjoyed Dessert Bell Ferry & South Mt. drive. Property clean with everything we needed.

Great house

The house was exactly as listed. Super clean, beautiful back yard and pool. Very private. The house was equipped with anything you need to feel like home. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable in Mesa

This is a very relaxing home in very nice location close to ball parks, restaurants, and downtown Mesa. My wife and I are both experienced amateur chefs and this is the best stocked property for kitchen items and spices we have ever seen with a VRBO ( we have stayed at many ) Fabulous host who was very responsive and generous with his property. We would love to stay here again in the future.
