The property is in really good shape. The only âdrawbackâ is that itâs attached to the main house and sometimes you can hear if someoneâs there. Definitely worth the price, will stay again if weâre ever back in Phoenix!
After 4 days on the road & in & out of hotels, this was a perfect place to stop for 2 nights to rest & reorganize. Quiet residential neighborhood but close to all we needed & wanted - restaurants, Old Town, Taliesin West, etc. Enjoyed our stay here before continuing on with our road trip. Bonus was hostâs recommendation of nearby Dilla Libre Dos! Fantastic food & drinks there.
Upside:Property (Studio apt attached to home) was clean and cute with a nice bathroom (wife's observations). Located in a nice family neighborhood and close (10-15 minutes) to a lot in Old Town Scottsdale.Downside: On the document providing Electronic Key info and other details, it had 3pm as 'Check-in' time but no 'Check out' time. My wife and I assumed it was 11am (common) but it's actually 10am - so we were charged 45 for checking out late. (Please add Check out time to your Guest Experience doc)Also, we rented it 2 nights and the first night we were in the Studio was fine and pleasurable and no one was in the 'home side' of the property. The second night the home was occupied and you can hear ALL conversations through the 'wall' - not muffled but the conversation they are literally having along with everything being done in their kitchen for prepping a meal. We turned up our TV to counter the conversations and noise.
All was well expect no bedding for the sleeper sofa and towels. Did contact in am regarding these 2 issues however we had booked for 3 adults and the studio was clearly only set up for 2 . Bed sheet and extra towel were delivered the next am but we were only there for 2 nights. No additional pillow or blanket were provided .
