Absolutely lovely property! Very clean and spacious, and the pool was to die for. I stayed with my two children during spring break - my son never wanted to leave the pool! There are tons of grocery stores (and Costco!!) right nearby. The host was responsive and very communicative. He checked in with us several times during our stay and made sure we had all our needs met. Check in and check out were very easy. I would absolutely stay here again - it was the perfect spot for my little family on our spring break!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home in Phoenix! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was beautiful, clean, and quickly became the highlight of our trip—perfect for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evenings.Our kids had an incredible time with the trampoline, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. It really made the property feel family-friendly and gave them something exciting to enjoy between our excursions.The location couldn’t have been better. My family and I stayed here while visiting other family in the area because we needed a place for all of us to congregate. It was perfect! The house was clean and welcoming. The kids especially enjoyed the patio and pool. The game room was also a big hit! The location was great, lots of places to eat. But more importantly the host, Drake, was super responsive! Anytime I messaged him, I heard back immediately. We had a great time here. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely house with lots for our teenage boys to do. The host was very accommodating and was easy to reach. Went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Only note is that the master bathroom has no doors for privacy in shower or toilet from bedroom. Not a big deal and it’s just how the house is built but should be noted that whoever stays in there needs to be close and comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable!

We had a great time at this rental. The first thing we noticed was how impeccably clean the entire property was. Spotless floors, fresh linens, and clearly cared for. The pool was a huge highlight for us. There is a wonderful oversized patio with plenty of seating. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this rental to families and groups of friends

Fantastic host and neighborhood

Drake was an absolutely fantastic host! The house was extremely clean and he went above and beyond with helping us with anything we needed. He even dropped off chairs for us to use at a soccer game so we didn’t have to buy any. The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was wonderful! We could not have been happier and highly recommend this property!
