This place was GREAT! So well maintained and had anything you could think of! The star of the show was the outdoor space! Great pool, lots of lounging areas, and the outdoor kitchen area was fantastic! Location was awesome too. Close to shopping and Old Scottsdale! Homeowners checked in a lot to see we were happy and needed anything. Very memorable experience, thank you!

Loved this property! A must stay if you’re coming to phoenix….it was relaxing and the house was beautifully remodeled! It was just my husband and I, but a big group would fit great with most of options for rooms, living spaces and outdoor gathering. The outdoor space is comfortable and we got a lot of use out of the pool! We will be back for sure :)

Family Staycation

We loved this property for our Mother’s Day staycation. It had everything we needed and the tub in the master bedroom is to die for! The backyard pool and lounge space is amazing, we spent most of our time out there. Our son is a wheelchair user and the house was fairly accessible. He was able to maneuver most of the house with ease. We would absolutely recommend this to others and plan to keep it in mind for our next staycation.

The location was absolute perfect for what we were doing. We came down from Canada to watch the Blue Jays vs Dbacks series, in the heat of summer. Place was perfectly located with quick access to the airport, Chase Field, Scottsdale, Legoland and aquarium. The AC in the home was perfect, with lots of space to get some quiet time and the pool was refreshing to beat the heat. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic House!

Our staff rented this when we attended a conference in Phoenix, it was a great way to spend time together and relax and talk after a day of meetings. Wonderful outdoor space to enjoy a cocktail and share stories. Plenty of room with clean accommodations. It couldn’t have been more prefect. Fun brewery within walking distance. We will return for next year’s conference!

Great property and location

We stayed a weekend at this home with our children and grandchildren. The house is very well stocked with all the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. There was also a crib in one of the rooms which was very helpful! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The house is well laid out and the outside area is wonderful, just not very usable in July due to the heat, though we did enjoy the pool. It would be amazing in the wintertime! All the furnishings were nice and quite comfortable. There were also games and activities available. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. The house is very centrally located and was a 15 minute drive from almost everywhere we went. The only drawback (and why I gave 4 stars for location) is that it's located on a busy street and was a little tricky getting out of the driveway. It also meant more traffic noise than usual. This would not stop us from staying here again, as everything else about this house was excellent!

First of all this house would no way sleep 14. If you put two people in each bed, that would be a total of 12 maximum. The “Double Sofa Bed” is not a bed!!!! It is two pieces of giant foam with a metal bar in the middle. It hurt the couples back not a bed at all. So count on what you can really sleep on - it would be 10 not 12. That still makes the description of the house completely faulty. Also, they do not have any pictures of the double sofa bed because no one would want to sleep on that!!! The area is close to old town but safely wise not the best.

Loved our stay, the property is great! There was some confusion at check out because the time I selected and was on our info was not the time the management had listed. They did communicate during the confusion but was not able to accommodate us and did not offer to help. Over all I would stay again

Stayed here this past weekend for a girls trip and everything was amazing. First of all the decor is SO cute and classy, there was plenty of space for all 10 of us and we contemplated not even leaving the house it was so perfect. We had everything we needed to set up snacks and cook our meals. And the backyard was to die for!!! Decent sized pool that was pretty deep so more than just a little splash pool. We will definitely be back. The ladies who hosted us were a pleasure to communicate with and we were able to have someone come by and show us how to use the outdoor amenities like the fountains and lights. If you have an option to book through them I would absolutely recommend!!!

My family and I stayed at Bella’s Peacock Paradise for a week in September 2020 and the time went by so fast! The house is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. Everywhere you sit or lay is extremely comfortable. My husband sat on the couch and literally sank into the cushions he feet went in the ai! We all laughed every time we thought about it! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen sitting cooking and talking and the stools were comfortable for hours. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more. I couldn’t believe there were storage supplies spices and so many other things you’d find in your own home. We loved the backyard and sitting at the fire pit at night was our favorite part of each night. The kids owned the pool and couldn’t wait until their school day was over to go for a splash. Margie was so accommodating from the first conversation until we checked out. We really appreciated her extra effort to provide us with the poker chips which were a lot of fun!! None of my family members had any complaint about the house but maybe they should consider allowing access to the master bedroom closet because my husband and I had nowhere to hang our clothes. We LOVED staying in this inviting, warm and comfortable Airbnb and no one wanted to leave we actually felt as if it were our house! ! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Phoenix, thanks Margie!
