The house is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. The outside facilities were great and our group made a lot of use of the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball and golf. The basketballs were soft but a request to the host brought an immediate remedy which was much appreciated.

This house is lovely - we had an incredible time. Beautiful area and the space both inside and out was everything we wanted for our group of 11. However, for what we paid we expected it to be in tip top shape - and it is not. Broken refrigerator panel (which meant we needed two people to open the freezer), missing tiles on the pool walls, several of the bathrooms need updated painting and the exhaust fans are filthy. Several cabinet doors had detached or broken hinges and the pickleball net needed replacing. The house has a lot going for it but overall needs some TLC because of it's age.

Great getaway home for our girls trip to Arizona!! House held all six of us so comfortably! Kitchen is amazing as we all took turns cooking and had everything we needed. Having our own spa and pickleball court felt luxurious and time well spent outside!! Loved the round table that hosted many card and other games on the rainy days inside. Wonderful house with space for everything!

House interior needs a lot of TLC

BEWARE this is the most shopworn, in need of refurbishment, VRBO we have ever encountered in our many trips. Look at the pictures.Obviously, the owner(s) does not care about the overall guest experience, because they neglect to address too many in need of repair or replacement items. They don't invest money that would make their guests feel comfortable.I would suggest that you spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you desire an enjoyable experience when inside a VRBO.
2 of 6 stained dining table chairs. Not an appetizing look when eating.
Pool table has stains all over the felt, which is worn and needs to be replaced
No pool cue tips on all but one pool cue. Only wood stubs.We had to share one pool cue.
A disgrace !! I am a veteran and I had a hard time looking at the flag.

You never have to leave this place so so awesome. They have thought of everything to be entertained with. We had 2 in their 20’s, 2 in their 70’s and 65, 50 and 45 all always had fun stuff to do. Pickleball was to die for. Loved it !

Fun house for an active family

We had a great stay here. There was so much to do! The pool area was great. We loved the pickleball/basketball court. We watched sports on TV under the pergolas. The kitchen had everything we needed. It took us a while to figure out all of the switches and controls. Our second to last night we figured out that the reason our rooms were hot was because there were two different thermostats and one was off. The house is not brand new, but clean. There were some old stains on the carpet like the other reviews said, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all. There were tons of pool towels and linens. That was really nice. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

A Resort-Style Home

Three generations of our family, ages 10 to 75, stayed for a week in April at this well appointed home. The location was perfect for us to explore attractions in Phoenix -- nothing was more than 30 minutes away -- while also relaxing in vast backyard. All of the amenities were as pictures -- pickleball/tennis/basketball court, pool/hot tub, a couple of soccer nets with balls, cornhole, and a fire pit. Plus there was a massive bar area with an adjoining large bbq grill. Indoors was just as nice with plenty of space including a pool table and large living room.One thing worth noting is that we opted to pay for pool heating and the hot tub. It was well worth it. As local friends advised, even when the temperature hits 100 degrees in April, the dry air and cooler water temp make swimming a bit more frosty. The heated pool was perfect during hot days, but also when it cooled off in the evenings.

Paradise Valley Big Family vacation

Beautiful spacious home with awesome views and outdoor space for our big family. We had our five children, their spouses and a couple of toddlers had everything we needed, including porta, cribs, and high chairs. Big kitchen fully stocked to allow us to cook meals. Host very responsive to all requests and questions.

Great House

The house and yard was perfect for our family! We had our kids and grandkids with and they absolutely loved the house and especially the backyard pool, miniature golf, soccer and pickleball court! Beautiful backyard! Great seating area and plenty of tables, chairs and loungers.The inside accommodations worked well for each family to have their own rooms and bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked! House was clean! Great Communication with the host with prompt answers to any questions. We paid to have pool heated and was well worth the expense! Thanks for a great week!!
