Three generations of our family, ages 10 to 75, stayed for a week in April at this well appointed home. The location was perfect for us to explore attractions in Phoenix -- nothing was more than 30 minutes away -- while also relaxing in vast backyard. All of the amenities were as pictures -- pickleball/tennis/basketball court, pool/hot tub, a couple of soccer nets with balls, cornhole, and a fire pit. Plus there was a massive bar area with an adjoining large bbq grill. Indoors was just as nice with plenty of space including a pool table and large living room. One thing worth noting is that we opted to pay for pool heating and the hot tub. It was well worth it. As local friends advised, even when the temperature hits 100 degrees in April, the dry air and cooler water temp make swimming a bit more frosty. The heated pool was perfect during hot days, but also when it cooled off in the evenings.
