My experience with management at the properties Spa and Front desk was very disappointing. I chose to stay at this resort to experience their spa services for my birthday. I was contacted by a manager from the spa 1hr before my scheduled massage saying there was no one to take me. The manager did not find any other way to accommodate me for such a huge inconvenience. I then called the front desk and spoke to a manager asking if they could figure out something to accommodate the last minute cancellation and inconvenience and the manager said she would contact the spa to see if they could figure something out. I asked the manager if she would call me on my cell when she had news for me. I never got a call back! I was very disappointed in how this whole situation was handled and especially as a guest of the resort. I looked forward to spending a relaxing evening in the spa and was greatly disappointed with no call back or any other accommodations to make up for this mishap. As someone who travels often, based off of the customer service I will not be visiting this proper in the future.

My family had a great time in Phoenix and we would like to visit again but not this hotel. The first night we got there everything was great after driving 5 hours to get there. We went out for dinner and when we got back, the room key wasn’t working. It was dark and I called the hotel about the issue. They said they would send someone up to fix the issue. My wife and I waited with our boys for about 15 minutes and gave up and just went to the lobby. When we got to the lobby, we stood in line for another ten minutes. We just went up while a guest was talking to the 2 front desk employees and told them the issue. We got new keys and a driver took us back to our room and the new keys still did not work. It was l around 1030pm ahd we finally got in. Glad I was there because it was dark. Next day we went to hit the pool and the pool was great. When we got back, a scorpion was walking around in our room. We called the front desk and they stated they would come up to take care of it right away. We told them to just come in and take care of it (we had to leave). We thought it was good but then we saw the scorpion back the next day. I paid for the breakfast but almost got charged for 4 more kids. One of the employees said the hotel and restaurant are having a big miscommunication going on. Got only 6 buffet tickets and not enough for the kids. Manager of the restaurant and housekeepers were great I feel this hotel has too much work and not enough workers

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! So much to do...many pools, pickleball, golf, hiking, mtn biking. The only beef I had was the poolside bar adding an automictic 20% gratuity to my check (for 2 drinks and chips). I always tip over 20%, and so I just left it. Plus it looks like I was taxed on the gratuity
