Overall, this property is a decent and affordable alternative to a hotel, especially given its great Phoenix location. The price was very competitive, which is what initially drew me in. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, even though I arrived late. However, the property is very dark at night, so I recommend arriving before sundown or bringing a flashlight to help locate the unit.That said, my stay had a few issues. Unfortunately, the linens did not appear to have been changed â there was noticeable hair on the bedsheets, which was disappointing. I contacted the host and received quick responses, though it was sometimes difficult to resolve concerns fully. I also had trouble getting consistent hot water, as the shower valves seem to need maintenance.This may have just been an unlucky experience on my particular stay. The location and affordability are definite positives, but I would advise future guests to double-check the linens upon arrival.
