Front desk staff were very friendly & fast. Rooms are old, rundown & sad. No microwave or mini fridge. The neighborhood is SKETCHY. Don't let your kids out of your site if you stay here. Several of my neighbors seemed to be "in recovery". If you can afford an extra $20... stay somewhere nicer

The place was dusty, including the table tops. There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous document. We stay tonight the room was not taken care of, no garbage bags. The toilet was dirty. Very noisy location could hear our neighbors loud TV throughout the night.

Room was very dirty. The bathroom door was broken and had to be slammed shut to close it. The shower floods the bathroom. There’s stains all over the walls and floor. The floor felt slimy. Even the toilet paper holder was broken.

It was nothing like shown... black mold in the bathroom, dirty throughout the room (it looked like something urinated on the walls and under the sink, there was a squished bug on the wall that looked like it was there awhile, the doors looked like they were kicked in and did not seal properly when closed, questionable people all over the property day and night. I was very concerned about the area and parking. The staff was rude and inattentive. It took until after 7pm to get us in a room when check in was supposed to be 4pm. I could smell questionable scents everytime i opened the room door, people banging around everywhere and blasting music. I think i got sick from the mold... I will never suggest this place to anyone!!! I will be seeking a refund!

I booked a premium room still got a crappy old cigarette stinking room with cockroaches. Despite showing my booking on expedia, the manager decided I wasant worthy enough for the room I paid for.
