The floor plan opens up to a separate living room with flatscreen TV, fireplace and incredible views out to the back patio with Heated pool/hot tub and desert mountain views. With the two separate TV rooms it works out well for large families that need more space. Two additional bedrooms down the hall share a jack n jill bathroom. The master bedroom suite has a flatscreen tv, large closet and its own private rooftop patio with stunning mountain and city light views. Master bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. This property is located close to hiking trails and some of the best golf in Scottsdale.

The pool can heated as of October 15, 2024. There is an additional charge of $100 per night of the stay. *Must notify 72 hours ahead of reservation if you would like the pool heated and it must remain on for the duration of your stay.
