Overall, the stay was wonderful. Location Pool living spaces great. I would stay here again, just providing the following observations:There is no gate between the pool and the patio as pictured. That was a shock. There is a child lock on the door but it was defeated by a clever kid with a chair. My family has a lot of sensory issues. We had to mop the floors for a couple hours because they were pretty dirty and bugging feet. The pool and the patio were amazing. The dishwasher was pretty ineffective. I had to fix the ice maker. Some of the kitchen tools were rusted. In particular the knives, a can opener that we had to toss, and we had to get creative with limited tools to clean. The ceiling fans were caked in dust. Admittedly, I wonder what the cleaning fee goes towards. We did a lot to clean it.The communication with the host was... I mean it was okay? It felt like AI wrote some messages but they expressed gratitude with the issues I raised and they were very understanding. There also wasn't much in the way of proposed solutions. Talking to a property management entity feels much different than having a conversation with the property owner, so I'll attribute my doubt to general corporate distrust.
The property manager was fantastic, with great communication. She was even able to accommodate us checking in a day early and staying an extra day beyond our original reservations.reIIIhrecommerecommend
This house was perfect for what we were looking for; private pool and backyard, open and large floorplan, quiet neighborhood and close to hiking trails. The house was spotless and the communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. We won't hesitate to return!
Pool was empty and took three days to fill. Also the dish washer never worked, and I never received any response from my messages to owner regarding it.
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool as early March the temps were still a bit chilly, but the backyard was private enough to enjoy some relaxation.
Kitchen was well stocked and made the stay very seamless. Would consider staying here again if in the Phoenix area.
Nice house and location. Pool looked nice. (weather was too cold to use) Lots of oranges and lemons. Everything was as expected. We had one issue and the owner was responsive and got it resolved.
Flying to AZ. The house was nicely stocked with cleaners soaps and shampoo. Fit 7 adults well.
Communication was great. Even the communication about the filter of the pool was broken and needed to be replaced. It was replaced but the pool was not acceptable to swim in. This was disappointing because we looked a for a property with a pool. They did refund a portion of our stay.
Great house & great communication with property manager!
The pool filter broke down but they were very kind and gave us another night. Throughout our stay there they were very kind and communicated with us every step of the way. Itâs a beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful yard and I recommend it highly!
This was a great spring break getaway with the kids after a long year. We had so much fun in the pool and the house had all needed amenities. Before and during the stay, Jon was always helpful and quick to respond.
The house has is clean with plenty of room and was designed to accommodate our whole family. We ate every meal outside on the patio. It has fans for keeping it cool and a great view of the citrus trees and hummingbirds.
The management were quick to respond with any questions and requests.
Rented this house for 3 weeks while searching for a house to buy in the area. Have rented many times through VRBO including in the Phoenix area. Good location, modest but safe neighborhood near 51 but not too close for noise issues. The house was well equipped in kitchen and bath supplies. Plenty of cookware and particularly thankful for coffee supplies upon my arrival. Yard smelled heavenly from the citrus trees circling the back yard. Owner was responsive when asked to have additional cleaning upon our arrival.
