Large house good for groups

We enjoyed our stay at the house during Thanksgiving week. The place was spacious for 3 families staying there. The kitchen was stocked well for eating in and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. including for the outdoor pool area. The pool and hot tub heating worked well for warming up the hot tub at night. Communications with owners were easy and responsive.

Best dental team retreat

We traveled from Portland, OR to Scottsdale for a dental meeting and chose to rent a house together for our team of 10 people. We did a 2-day team retreat at the house and it was awesome! We spent most of our time outside where the house provided perfect shade throughout the day. There was a ton of room and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating. The owners/managers were also "Johnny on the spot" when we had questions or any issues. For instance, there were no wine glasses when we arrived and within a few hours they had brand new wine glasses there for our enjoyment. Excellent experience all around!

We had an amazing team retreat for 18 women 35-55 years old and this place was perfect for us! The host was extremely responsive and the house was awesome in every way. Highly recommend!

We had a great time

The house was comfortable and spacious for our family of 21. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the yard games provided. The ten pm no outdoor noise or lights rule was a little bit of a bummer, but otherwise the house was perfect. The beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would absolutely book this property again if we come back to AZ.

A great long weekend!

This house was just what my large group of 16 women needed! A lot of space, nice outdoor area, and attentive hosts. There was a problem with the hottub during our stay, but it wasn't a huge deal and one of the hosts came by to try and fix himself / to give us some tips and pointers on the house. Would recommend for large groups!

Beautiful home and great for large gatherings!

We stayed at this beautiful, spacious home for a friends bachelor party! It was a great time and not too far from the Old Town/night life area. We had a very large group and were all able to sleep comfortably with all the bedding available. The house came with some tables for games, rafts for the pool, and plenty of other great amenities! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you have a large group event such as a family reunion, birthday, or bachelor/bachelorette party

Ping pong table and pool carried this house no cap put some blinds on the window too bro damn the blinds that are on the windows suck too they don’t even cover the whole window and the jenga box was missing pieces you wrote on the review who doesn’t like board games trust me I like them I also would like for them to have all their pieces too

Work Group Visit to Scottsdale

Our team of eight colleagues visited Kierland/ Scottsdale for an industry conference held near the house. The group opted to share lodging as they hadn't seen one another in a long time and it allowed everyone to catch up and travel together to events. I received emails to confirm and clarify every step of the way, and was able to reach help when it was necessary to find out the trick to the hot water in the master shower. Owner even visited to help. This would be a great home for a couple of families to share, or a smaller group of adults. We found that the bunk bed room was not suitable for grownups - save those beds for the children in your family. Overall happy with the very responsive owners and we sure appreciated the location and everything provided at this nice home. Thank you!

Couldn’t have imagined a better place for our stay!!!

I can’t think of enough things to say! This home is spacious, VERY clean, gorgeous backyard/house, awesome amenities, safe, and SUPER prepared. Hosts are extremely responsive, personable, inviting and accommodating. Bed situation was great. Home is prepared with extra cots, air mattresses, etc, although we each had our own comfortable bed and didn’t need to use them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A great getaway!

My large group travelled from Houston to attend a sports competition in Phoenix and stayed at this wonderful home. Communication was constant and prompt before our trip to where I was entirely comfortable that nothing was going to go wrong. Upon arrival, we couldn't believe how gorgeous the house was. Everything was immaculate. I also appreciated the binder with all sorts of details and notes about the house. My group decided to pay for the heated pool. Coming from Houston where our summers are Hell and winters are Summers, the pool was still a bit too chilly but it was still definitely enjoyable for some of us. We'll definitely be back next year! Thanks!
