The staff is amazing as always. Whatever we need they make sure it’s there quickly. I would say our unit could have been cleaner. Dusted and counters in kitchen and bathroom definitely should have been wiped off.

The rooms and the entire unit could have been cleaner. Dusty end tables and main dinning room table. Bathroom counters had a sort of film on them. But overall we always stay at the Scottsdale Links and it is a good place to stay.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Master/king bed was hard, and the other room's full bed was "springy"-could feel the springs. However, they were replacing all mattresses in our complex when we left the next morning. A/C in master bedroom was not working right. Fan switch on wall didn't work unless the overhead light remained on. We knew how to operate it, because we were successful with the same switch in the living room; so the master bedroom switch had something wrong with it. It was a warm night. Windows in the master bedroom and living room were open and would not close, so hearing the airplanes at the nearby airport in the morning before getting up was quite loud (plus the construction workers outside). The remodel of the room is quite nice, but a tile fell off the baseboard in the kitchen, and some of the outlet and fire sprinkler cutouts were not done well. We still like the Hilton and will continue coming.

Stocked kitchen was good and the multiple rooms are nice. Beds were ok. Pillows are way overstuffed. No elevator. Earliest checkout I’ve ever experienced, especially with 4 check in. Our air conditioner never got the room below 80 so pretty miserable. Woken up at 6 because you can hear every word anyone is saying between the buildings with the windows closed.

The room was well supplied with everything that feels like home. Also, very clean and tidy. The laundry room was helpful since we brought limited clothing items. The room was spacious and our stay was comfortable and convenient. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer:)

Units are more like apartment homes. Very comfortable and fully equipped with washer/dryer in the units. Full kitchen, dining table and more. Very satisfied with what was provided for the price. Excellent bargain.

Best mini vacation

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly & welcoming. The price per night was as affordable as other hotels. The suite was spacious & gave an ‘at home’ feel. The beds were comfortable & the pillows were of great quality. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this stay. It was worth it.

Staff was always very accommodating, anytime there was an issue they made sure to take care of it asap, when there was a situation with a person acting very inappropriately they promptly responded and that helped me feel I was in a very safe place. Maintenance crew always went above and beyond and they were always very very kind, a couple of the housekeeping gals also went above and beyond and I appreciated that as well.
