Staff customer service attitudes were very good and hotel general condition was all fine. But the hotel as a whole is basic (no workout facility and room felt smallish. Bathroom was an enclave, just enough room for the toilet and shower was just enough for one person. Sink was separate, exterior). Room was clean and bed was fine. - Surrounding area where hotel is located is a large shopping center, which has certain advantages.

I did not stay here. I made a mistake and booked the stay for the wrong night. When I realized it I was 2 hours past my grace period and then spent 1.5 hours trying to get help on Expedia to hopefully change the reservation to the very next day. When I finally got to speak with a Tammy the manager she said they would not be able to make the change and I would be charged for the room in full, especially considering I booked with them third party. I will not be using this chain in the future.

I travel frequently for both business and leisure, but my recent stay here was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the moment I checked out, it was clear that this property is struggling to meet even basic hospitality standards. The most immediate red flag was the security deposit. While most hotels require a standard hold for incidentals, the deposit here was absurdly high

Breakfast was good and when something ran out they were right there to make sure there was more. The room was clean and big with nice furniture. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and very accommodating.

I’ve been traveling for over 2 months now and my cc’s were pretty full, my girlfriend and I booked this hotel which we stayed at 2 days before without issue. We went to check in and the Manager would not accept my girlfriends cc because the hotel was booked under my name, my girlfriend was there with me, with her cc and we did the same exact thing 2 days before. Made NO sense, i was there with ID, she was there with ID, but she wouldn’t budge!
