Room was clean and recently remodeled. Although not completely finished, the room was functional, affordable, and extremely comfortable. Temperature control in the room worked perfectly, nightly rate was relatively within our budget, front desk staff was attentive, and our stay was lovely. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool and hot tub while there, but picked this stay over comparable places because it had indoor pool and hot tub.

The room that was given was extremely dirty, pillows had thick brown stains, walls were stained dirty, odor was foul, bed sheets had stains, the carpet was super dirty/stained , restroom had a foul odor coming from the drain. AC did not work at all , overall 1st and last time booking here, images on expedia do not match what’s to expect upon arrival.

Remodel must be going on. Room was ok for an overnight when you need the sleep. Old but not filthy. People slamming doors with some vulgar language at 5am. Breakfast was minimal coffee and juice with a slice of toast. Pancake machine not working. Wasn't sure if the guy was a guest or worker but appeared to belong to a circus. He and a few of his travelers were getting on the front desk clerks nerves. Clerk went into hiding. We left our key on the counter and I phoned after we arrived home to be sure they got it. I used to stay there frequently on my trips to Phoenix was always very nice and felt very safe.

It was being remodeled. Maybe make sure everything in the room is up dated before renting it out. And breakfast should be on time. have a better selection on breakfast.. deposit was too high.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I booked this place for its workout center and Hot tub. Work out center was closed and the Hot tub was ice cold. Construction was going on and the place was a mess. We needed ice for my wife’s knee replacement and the ice machine was not working. I couldn’t even keep ice in the refrigerator because the freezer part of the refrigerator was missing. There was no soap or even a place to put soap in the shower. You had to keep it on the floor. The complimentary breakfast was not good. The pancake maker was broken. The orange juice machine was always empty. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The room had no place to put you clothes and no place to hang up hanging clothes. I talked to the staff every day about it, and every day they said they would take care of it. Nothing was corrected the whole time we were there. I will never go here again. I was not even offered a discount for all the things that we paid for but did not get.

Dont stay here. They charge an early check in fee that they dont tell u ahead of time. And if u cancel and modify the room if the info dosent get sent to them they will charge u gor no show and not refund. For what i paid i couldve stayed at a 5 star. They seem $ hungry and wont work with customers even if theres proof u canceled or modified. This was the 2nd stay here will never be back and wont recommend anyone to this place.

Would not stay again. The property was under remodel and was extremely dusty and had a strong odor. My room was dirty and needed a good deep clean. There were also no top sheets on the beds and the bed frame was very squeaky. Anytime I moved it would squeak. The breakfast was very basic- toast, bagel, yogurt, 2 choices of cereal. The fruit basket was empty The room did have a large tv which I was happy with.

No one told me about the security deposit before I arrived. I had a no refund stay. What is o didn’t have $100.00. Them is have lost my stay and my ability to sleep somewhere safe. That should be disclosed. That’s just sneaky and a rip off vibe. I asked for a wake up call no alarm in the room and nothing. So I didn’t even get breakfast. The room had dog or some kind of hair all over it. I have allergies.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. The only little thing that will keep me from saying this was an excellent choice was that it was being remodeled, but once it’s complete, I think it’ll be a perfect place to stay.
