The rooms are not clean or updated. We asked to be moved due to stains on the pullout and rust all around the tub. The pullout was an unacceptable “cot mattress” on hard wood. It was not suitable for sleeping at all. The surrounding area was unsafe and there were lots of shady individuals loitering around the property,

Breakfast was ok. The room itself was terrible. The couch was unuseable because of disgusting stains all over it. Really? The carpet was also in bad shape with a number of stains and wear. This room was worse than a motel 6

Fantastic staff! Clean room! Very nice breakfasts daily. Convenient location. Easy access for Uber rides to everything. Super close to Arizona Mills Mall! Great inexpensive place to stay!
