The hotel was perfect for my wife and I. It was walking distance to downtown, which was very convenient for our needs (about 20 minute walk to the stadiums and comedy club). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was filling. The hot tub was great and the pool was clean. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel is very nice, the breakfast was very good, there are many transportation options from the hotel (scooters right outside or Waymo easy to catch), the area around is walkable too! Lots of dining options nearby, we tried Blanco Cocina and Cantina (SO GOOD), and the Chase field is super close ! There's an ice machine near each entrance and water to fill bottles, and we got to enjoy the coffee bar on the days we had to head out before the breakfast buffet was open. My only issue was, I didn't think the bed was super comfortable, just very firm. But some people enjoy that! Additionally, they were down to one elevator, which wasn't really an issue, unless it was during peak use time, like after breakfast , around dinner. Overall though, no issues, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay !

Don’t stay here!

This was the worst hotel for an overall experience. From the inattentive front desk, the smell in the room of wet dog, the mold in the shower and finally the lies the front desk said regarding the wrong size room our reservation was for.
