Stars for great office staff and being tucked away a bit but otherwise: this place has A LOT of wear, lamps broken, bulbs out, ceiling stains, non smoking room smells of smoke, a couple roaches.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a rough night sleeping. The toilet seat was broken. The door latch was broken. The top comforter was dirty and there was a yellow stain on it. No shampoo or conditioner. We check out a day earlier, couldn’t handle another rough night on bed.

Worst stay of my life. I was getting ready for an event a stranger with a key card entered the room while I was in my birthday suit. I was in shock. The staff explained there was a system error and refunded us, however the area has definitely gone down hill!

My deluxe suite didn’t go well, pillow case have brown spot on it, blanket have brown leaf on it and hair and bedsheet doesn’t look clean. the room smell like smoking cigarettes. The staffs are friendly.
