Had a great stay towards the end of January 2026. House was perfect for the 4 golfers. Plenty of room for everyone. We used the hot tub daily. Excellent communication both before and during the stay from the owners. They made it super easy to check in and made sure our stay was going as planned.Beds were super comfortable too.Will definitely rent again here in the future when we come back to Scottsdale.

Perfect location with excellent amenities for a large group. The home was comfortable — it provided plenty of space and furnishings for all. Pool was lovely. Never could figure out how to increase the hit tubs temperature. Disappointed the master room had no window coverings — there are approx 5 large windows with a glass door all of which are fully exposed. Overall, good place to stay.

Beautiful Property

This was a large home that accommodated 7 adults. The additional en suite was wonderful for our parents traveling with us. The grounds were gorgeous and the neighborhood was very nice and safe. Since this is a high-end property, we'd recommend that the kitchen cooking utensils and cookware could use an update. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful Home in Convenient Location

The home is beautiful and well laid out. Location was convenient for local activities, heading to Sedona, or taking in a Spring Training game. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is there were a bunch of small things overlooked. The management company was very responsive and did their best to resolve the issues. Nothing big and would likely overlook them if it was one or two things but it ended up being a bunch of small things I had to request from the management company. There was a coffee maker but no carafe for the coffee so the first morning we had to run out and get coffee. They brought a replacement pot immediately. There was no bottle opener for beers and we made due with a makeshift opener until they brought one. There are four bikes and none of them worked. They sent a technician over who fixed 3 of the four. The oven heating element was broken. We told them on the second day but it needed parts and was inoperable the entire stay. The main hall bathroom toilet didn’t flush so they sent a guy to fix it. It worked for one day and didn’t work after that. The dryer didn’t dry clothes fully and about halfway through the trip we were told it only worked in the manual setting (wish we had known that sooner). Again, the property is lovely and the bed’s comfortable. For the price I wish we didn’t have to deal with these things. I think this property would benefit from having one of the owners stay for a week and see what needs to be addressed

Beautiful house but showing signs of age

Beautiful house but needs attention. Showing signs of age and wear and tear. Doors to patio don’t open or work. Faucets loose. Patio umbrella broken. Water mister broken. Water toys dirty. Dust around the house and bathroom dusty. But a lot of conveniences added. Laundry and soap and essentials all supplied. Good location.

Beautiful home , however where do I start: Sent a confirmation to check in early yet the code that was given didn’t work , had to wait and get ahold of someone Cleaning needs to be way better For the High priced dollar you pay. Dust everywhere Floors were filthy Two of the main door handles going to the pool for the back yard were broken so we had to use the living room side door Bird droppings all over the back patio floor / chairs / pool chairs Pool was not skimmed or cleaned up around Pool night lights never turned on Stains on certain bedroom sheets The glass showers had not been cleaned, water spots everywhere so you know the shower itself was not cleaned properly Towels smelled like mildew when got wet Stains on some of the towels Dealt with it however was not in the best shape cleanly wise for the price we paid.

Sunridge is stellar!

From beginning to end our stay at Sunridge was perfection. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Nice neighborhood for daily walks. The heated pool is worth every penny. Bedding and pillows made for great sleep. The house layout and amenities make this a spot to return. Outstanding communication with AvantStay crew. Five stars+++

This was flat out the best overall experience renting a vacation home we've ever had! I say that because we rent constantly when we travel. We haven't stayed in a hotel for years! The communication from AvantStay was classy and prompt. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious and had every amenity you'd want. AvantStay made our experience personal. Someone responded to every question we had. I have already shared with many how excited we were to have had finally found this rental experience!

House was nice and clean. No ice maker in fridge! Weird for this type of house. Barely any pots and pans. We were here for thanksgiving That made it difficult for cooking. Furniture was sparse and not very comfortable to have a family trying to watch football. Needs upgrade of tv I. Family room. Outside tv would have been nice but not a big deal Enjoyed time here just needed a few things

Perfect Girls Weekend

This place is so cute! It fit all 8 of us perfectly (two of the king beds got two people, everyone else had their own bed). The management team was easy to work with and there were lots of really cute little touches around the house that made it feel super homey. All around easy experience! (Wish we had some firewood for the gorgeous fireplaces, next time we will bring some)

Gorgeous home!

Great and spacious home. Super clean and sleek with lots of little additions like individual floss and playing cards provided. We were not allowed to have more than 12 guests at the home so we couldn’t invite our friends over but we met them out, but a little bummed not to share the pool or have them over for dinner
