We came over during break to be somewhere warm in a house with a pool. Our kids had a great time!! They really enjoyed the pool, the putting green and all the fun floaties. The pool is good sized and the hot tub was kept nice and hot. If I could do it again I would probably pay to heat the pool. You have to request that 48 hours in advance. Even though it was in the mid 90’s the water was a little brisk. There are a ton of yard games. The host left an array of snacks to welcome us. It’s in a nice neighborhood with really beautiful homes nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay! The pool was perfect, especially during several 100-degree days. The house was fully equipped for our family of five and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located near many activities and restaurants. The AvantStay team was very responsive to all of our questions. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again!

Oasis

Our family rented the property while attending the Taekwondo world championships. It was the PERFECT spot!!Conveniently located 15 min from the convention center and such a relaxing way to spend our downtown I cant wait to book again

Great Stay in Central Phoenix

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming home! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how well-maintained and clean the house was. It felt so cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The real highlight for our family was the gorgeous pool. It was sparkling clean and provided the perfect spot to cool off and relax. We spent hours enjoying the pool and lounging in the sun, and the kids had a blast splashing around.Another amazing feature was the game room. Our kids had an incredible time with all the fun activities available—there was something for everyone, from arcade games to board games. It kept them entertained for hours, and we got a lot of quality family time in there.The house itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We felt completely at home. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this home for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun vacation spot!

Great house for family getaway

We loved the location of the house and the pool in the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials (even a pump for pool toys) and a comfortable for all of us to have our space. We’d love to return!

Disappointing....

I booked this home for a long hiking vacation. The home is clean, well-stocked and the property manager is very responsive. Home decor is a bit dated with some wear on carpeting and walls.It is a very quiet neighborhood. However, if you look closely at the photos over the fence in the backyard - on the left side back corner - there is some type of commercial activity going on that is being shaded by tarps. Two days were were disrupted by something that sounded like chainsaws being run. The pool / spa was the main draw for us. However, there were significant problems with the spa that were not able to be "mostly fixed" until my stay was more than halfway over. Multiple repair people were sent to the home over the course of the first 7 days of my 11 night stay. More than one told me this has been an ongoing issue with the pool.The property manager was super responsive during my entire stay (would have otherwise given one or two stars!) but couldn't fix the issue in a timely manner. I was provided a nominal refund (equivalent to less than 50/day) to accommodate for the inconvenience. Even so, this property was definitely not worth the funds spent without the use of spa for the majority of my active hiking trip, the noise disruptions from both the pool and neighbor in the backyard, the size of the home and the general neighborhood.

Relaxing Getaway

This property was perfect for a family getaway. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and the games room is a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet and calm with little to no noise from the road. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The game room, cornhole, putting green, and hot tub kept our kids entertained! I enjoyed cooking in the awesome kitchen... lots of space and great appliances!

Exceeded expectations

Great property. Very well maintained and clean. Plenty of linens and extra towels. A couple remotes needed new batteries and we needed more dishwasher detergent; these needs and other requests were met timely and with courtesy. Communication with the local property manager was great. The pool, grill and other extra amenities were clean and well maintained as well. The AC worked well to keep the entire house at a comfortable temperature overall, this had been our best experience with rental properties in Phoenix and elsewhere. Would definitely come back to this property.
