This is a very clean and totally remodeled property. The staff is professional. I am not familiar with the crime in the area but I was concerned. I would stay there again, the hotel is clean, the staff is great, and the breakfast is good. This is why I gave "Area around the property" three stars and everything else received five stars. Moreover, the hotel was near the American Financial Center where I was working.

Property was a motel with room doors on the exterior. It was located in an area that was not safe for walking and had no nearby restaurants and no restaurant at the property. The physical building was well maintained and the room was clean and the desk staff helpful. But I didn't stay and moved to a different hotel because of lack access to restaurants and room door on exterior. Property should be described as a motel not a hotel.
