Wonderful property near Old Town!

This property was clean, in a safe neighborhood, close to Old Town and matched the pictures! The backyard pool and hot tub area were amazing and really elevated our time spent there. The check in and communication was easy and the response time to questions were quick! You do need to pay extra to have hot tub and pool heated but was worth it for the cooler January temps. (It runs off an iPad) Comfy beds, clean linens, open floor plan and on site washer and dry made our week easy, comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommend this property!

Best Outdoor Pool Area!

The property was perfect for our stay. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area! It is beautiful and the perfect place to be in the Arizona heat. We also enjoyed the indoor kitchen/dining area for meals and games. This is one of the best stays we have had at a VRBO.

Perfect and Accurately Described

We loved our stay! The backyard is truly an oasis and the reason we booked this home, and it did not disappoint. The trouble we had with the pool heater was quickly tended to, and the team was always courteous and prompt in their communications. We would not hesitate to book this location again and are already taking about when we can stay again.

Perfect golf trip stay

This home was perfect. There were 3 of us who came in to play some golf. This home beat any hotel we could have stayed in. The location is great being very close to Old Town Scottsdale. The house itself was even better. All the bedrooms are great. And you could not ask for a better backyard. After our rounds we would come back to relax. We spent our time using the hot tub and pool while watching shows or listening to music. Whenever I head back to the area to play golf I hope this home is available.

A basic info book help maybe

Stay was grate. Space was perfect for a girls birthday trip of relaxation. Only thing that would have helped is a book of instructions on property or via email that answered basic questions. Paid extra for hot tub to be heated. It was in a timer so it was always cold when we wanted to go in it. Didn’t get told until last day there was a tablet that controlled settings.

Cute place near Old Town

Overall great house. Beds super comfy; amazing backyard. We learned of a $150 fee if you want to use the jacuzzi/pool after we had arrived which was disappointing but the outdoor fireplace was great. A few maintenance issues and check out is early at 10am. Would stay again if in the area.

The property was very nice and we enjoyed the backyard. It would be helpful to have a written guide for the guests that explain the TV/Cable system, in addition to listing soem good places to eat. A great addition would be a wireless bluetooth speaker so we could play our music.

Kitchen could be better stocked. Great outdoor kitchen and no nice plastic wear to eat/drink by pool. Kitchen had one broken plastic wine opener and on very large pot. There were no microwave safe larger bowls. We had a chef with us and she was disappointed with kitchen supplies. Hated the policy on the pool heat. Shouldn't be forced to pay $150 to heat on the day you arrive at 4 pm and the day you leave which is 10 am. And even if you don't pay for the pool, the spa should be heated and available. Look into this policy or include with rental. House was really nice overall and location was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Property is a magical setting

I chose this property because of the back yard. I wanted a very comfortable space especially in the evenings. It did not disappoint. I rented the home to host me and my 3 business partners who were traveling from out of state. This was a superior set up to renting hotel rooms for each of us. We were able to make this our Phoenix HQ and allowed us time to have meetings and discussions at the home vs a restaurant. It worked perfectly. The back yard was so comfortable and inviting, pool was warm enough to jump right in, ext kitchen was our favorite place to be in the evenings, bbq and eat then enjoy the fire pit. The house has been completely redone, quality finishes, features and a very classy vibe. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of pace to store food and a huge fridge/freezer. Bedrooms were beautiful and beds very comfy. 2 of the bedrooms have closets with plenty of space but no hanging bar, we were able to work around that easily. Bathrooms were clean and very nice. Great table and kitchen counter bar to sit and eat, living room couch was a wonderful place to settle in and do some work. I had a great experience with the management company, they were great to communicate with and very prompt. We also met several of the neighbors during the course of our stay and they were very kind. They appreciated that we asked about parking and how we could be good neighbors by not parking in their normal places. We had a great experience overall, I will do it again when we make the same trip and I would recommend the property to all.

Beautiful space!

The photos are very accurate. The outside space is just wonderful. The pool is stunning, the grill set-up and TV outdoors were great. The fireplace outside was ideal for the cool evenings. Kitchen was decently stocked. Beds were comfy. Management company was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Recommendations

you can make the visit more enjoyable by taking little steps. Your gesture to allow us an early check in was really appreciated, even though we were not able to check in close to regular check in time. Like allowing 2 cars instead of one. it really look cheap to charge for the second car. We have never seen that before. BTW it's a sincere recommendation from all our friends who all are successful businessmen. We were not affected by that. complementary soap bars and shower gels will also help to build up your image of hospitality. Not all but most of the properties we stayed, do it. Washable table mats will also add value. Just my 2 cents, Thanks for being a wonderful host. we really enjoyed our stay at your property
