Valet broke my light switch, didn't acknowledge it, gave me my keys. I understand there are several valet drivers throughout our time there but at least one of the drivers knew about and said nothing. Called and let them know it was broken but wasn't formally filing a claim, just letting them know there was an issue and in the future there may someone who will make it a bigger issue than I did. Came back for a another stay a few weeks later and they blacklisted me from valet because of my supposed claim. Not coming back again. Did not need the treatment like that.

Wonderful resort!! The Black Fig Cafe’s baked goods were as good as any in Paris and reasonably priced. Casino layout is one of the best I’ve seen. Overall elegant design. Will be back!

Subject: Feedback Regarding Noise Levels and Soundproofing in Guest Rooms Dear [Hotel Management], During my visit, I noticed that the room adjacent to mine was not sufficiently soundproofed. I could clearly hear everything from the neighboring room, including conversations and the television, which significantly impacted the comfort and quietness I was expecting. It appears that the rooms are not adequately insulated against noise, and this lack of soundproofing can be quite disruptive to guests seeking a peaceful environment. If a high level of noise is acceptable to some guests, then your hotel may suit their preferences; however, for those who value tranquility, this issue could be problematic. I hope this feedback is helpful and that you consider improving the soundproofing of your rooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

The hot water at the sink and the shower was like you were on the casino floor. Sometimes you'd be up and sometimes you'd be down. Overall, the experience was really good. Very clean rooms, lots of amenities on site and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
