Listing is For Real!!!

I'm one of those people who reads the reviews and when I see all 5/5 I get a little hesitant and think these must be people the owner knows, but having experienced this stay I can definitely say they deserve the 5/5. Her listing was spot on. The house was acurately described; clean, great location, comfortable, and designed well inside and out. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals both in the US and abroad and I would say they knocked it out of the ballpark.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bungalow and Roxanne and Chris are excellent hosts who go above & beyond to make sure you have a positive experience! The home is clean and stocked with all the “little things” that you quickly appreciate like a complimentary bottle of wine & nice toiletries. Everything is well labeled in the home and the App they have created contains everything you need to know at your fingertips. We will definitely return on our next visit to Scottsdale! Perfect

We had the absolute best time at the bungalow! The property was perfect and the backyard was nothing short of incredible. We had a young family and the amenities were perfect. We loved jumping in the pool, playing golf on the green and watching family movies outside in the warm air. The location was so convenient. We had fun checking out old town Scottsdale and were easily able to get around and do things like go to the Diamondbacks game, horseback riding and more. Roxanne and Chris were so responsive and easy to communicate with and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We will be back!

50th Girls Birthday Party

The location is so close to great restaurants, shopping and Old Town Scottsdale. It felt very safe. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio and pool area was beautiful and relaxing. There were 4 of us, 3 generations. The master bath was quite small so we used the main bathroom for hair and makeup.

Lovely place

Enjoyed our stay very much lots of nice touches, like coffee/creamer and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, tp and paper towels. You can tell the owners really care about keeping the place nice. Loved having the bikes to ride around town. Our only disappointment was not being able to enjoy getting into the pool, since it wasn’t heated.

Holiday get-away!

The house is great, inside and out. The location is very convenient, in that it is within walking distance of downtown Scottsdale yet not mired right in all the traffic of downtown. The neighborhood is quiet. The canal path is very accessible. Just a great stay!

This home is THE best VRBO home we have stayed in! The bedrooms are all great sizes, however, only one room has a dresser. Recommendation to the owners, remove the desk from the other bedroom & replace w a dresser. Plenty of bath towels along with shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of pool towels too. We spent a majority of our stay in the backyard oasis! Lots of adult fun and memories made there! Great location to bars and places to eat. Ubers were not expensive either. Rusty Spur is going to miss this Iowa crew! Drank them out of Busch Light! I will definitely be booking this home again! Highly recommend!! towels too. T

Couples Getaway

We were able to combine activities in Arizona along with relaxation. We always looked forward to getting back to the house and relaxing in the pool. We enjoyed all the amenities included on this property. The cool pool water was a plus since record heat was in the area. The location was excellent.

Birthday Weekend staycation

We had a wonderful time. House was super clean and updated with everything you could need. Plenty of things to stay busy at the house if you wanted to stay in, plenty within walking distance if you wanted to go out. We stayed with our spouses but this would be a great spot for a girls weekend trip. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Girls Getaway

This oasis was as good as the photos showed and had everything that we needed. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, floats and plastic stemware for the pool, paper towels and toilet paper and even coffee! Comfortable and clean and perfect for our girls getaway. Given the heat there was lots of floating in the pool.

Desert Oasis

Our stay was absolutely perfect! There were only 3 us this time for our girls trip, but we plan on coming back with our husbands! The house is well stocked with basic (and not so basic) necessities, walking distance to fun bars and clubs, a 5 minute drive to the mall and restaurants, and 15-30 minutes to great hiking spots. Roxanne and Chris are so kind and helpful, and have a website that made all of the house rules, instructions and recommendations available before and throughout our stay. We are so excited to come back!
