Genoa House

This home was a very lovely place to vacation with family. Two main bedrooms on either side of the house make for separation. A room dedicated to children holds six in bunk/trundle beds. The outdoor area is so inviting with a lovely pool with water feature. The huge kitchen/family room is great for visiting, watching tv or playing games. Megan is very helpful in solving any questions. The location of the house is good for visiting Fountain Hills as well as Scottsdale. We definitely recommend Genoa House.

Great stay at a big house

We were surprised at the size of this house. Plenty of privacy among visitors if that's what you're aiming for. Backyard is really nice and pretty private. Out hosts were great with communication and were very helpful with local recommendations. Nice challenging and safe bike ride up to the Adero Canyon trailhead.

Great Holiday Gathering Place

Beautiful house and location. Perfect for our group of 10. The host answered questions and dealt with the few issues we had quickly and efficiently. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The one negative was that the swimming pool is not heated so it was too cold to swim.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for the whole family. The house had everything we needed for cooking and preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. Our host (Megan) was helpful and very responsive. Although the pool was cold this time of year, it didn't stop our brave granddaughters from taking a dip.

Our favorite VRBO!!!

We cannot say enough about this house! We actually would buy it if it were for sale. The location is perfect and the neighbors and neighborhood is amazing. Great neighborhood for morning and evening walks! The layout of the house was perfect for a family with teens and older children. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and during our 1 month stay there we were never in need of any gadget or appliance. The host was very attentive to our needs and even responded immediately to a leak that sprung up, having it fixed immediately. The backyard was great for our Golden Retriever and the kids adored the pool, they did not want to leave! I highly recommend this house for any length of stay. Megan, if you are ever interested in selling, please let us know!;)

Quick Guys Golf Trip

We booked this house with just a weeks notice and were very pleased with the accomodations. We had 4 guys, so my 30 yo son got the bunk room while the old guys got the other 3 bedrooms. The Master is especially extraordinaire. Location is great for a variety of local courses and even the drive over to Scottsdale is pretty quick. Thanks for nice stay!

Retiree Golf Trip - November

Four retired guys stayed at this property for a week, for a golf trip. The place was as advertised. Very clean with lots of room that each person's own space when they needed it. It also has a nice living room where we could watch tv at night along with a nice outside space in the backyard with a pool. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we really didn't cook. We did use the outside grille one night. It is in a great neighborhood near a number of beautiful golf courses and very convenient to stores and restaurants. Megan was very easy to deal with, and she was very responsive to any questions we had about the property.

Absolutely beautiful, wonderful home!!

This place is simply amazing! This was a family trip with 5 adults and 2 teens for 10 days! The place was so spacious and well laid out. Plenty of bathrooms, closet space and tv's. The separate laundry room was great also. The kitchen, living room, dinette area made it so nice hanging out during meals, but it was even better hanging out around the pool for outdoor meals on the extra large BBQ! The huge master suite is incredible with the ensuite bathroom, hot tub and walk-in-closet. Megan is such a sweetheart and was very responsive and accommodating whenever I contacted her. Thanks for everything, Megan, and best wishes to you, your husband, Lucky, and your new adorable son, Simon! Save us a spot for next year! This was honestly the best family vacation ever!

Beautiful and comfortable home

The home was beautiful and peaceful. Very serene and quiet area, the sound of the pool waterfall was very relaxing. Large house to fit everyone and spacious. The host is incredibly nice and very helpful to anything extra you may need. She is also very responsive. She worked wonders with us and our needs. We only wish that we could have stayed 7 days instead of just 3 short days there. Will definitely recommend this home to others.

Lovely retreat

In town for a wedding. This home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We wished we had more time to enjoy it; it is really comfortable and beautiful and a great place to relax. Home close to shopping area. Was great to sit around pool. A few small ants but other than that, the outdoors was very nice. We got to see lots of turtle doves. We will definitely rent this home again.
