Our family of 28 stayed at The Max Resort in Gilbert for seven nights over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect. Every single person had a comfortable bed, and the layout—with three separate “apartments”—gave everyone the right balance of privacy and togetherness. The large living room and huge kitchen table made it easy for us to gather for meals, games, and laughter.The backyard was a dream! The beautiful pool was heated exactly to our liking, and we loved having the pickleball court, putting green, and relaxing hot tub all right there. There was always something fun to do, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close to stores and everything we needed. The weather was perfect in November, and we were so grateful to celebrate Thanksgiving together in such a wonderful place. It was also easy to contact the manager, Jessica, who was friendly, responsive, and accommodating whenever we needed her.Overall, The Max Resort was everything we hoped for and more—beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a large family gathering. We highly recommend it and would love to return again someday!

The photos don’t do this house justice - it’s absolutely beautiful and very well laid out so everyone isn’t on top of each other. So many places to hang out, the pool is lovely, and the kitchen is absolutely fantastic (and very well stocked compared to most rentals!). The hosts were very responsive and helpful both in booking leading up to the trip and during our stay. Fabulous house - would definitely stay here again

What an incredible stay! It was everything we wanted and more out of a house with 28 family members!! So much fun watching the volleyball net being used, while pickleball was being played and kids in the pool! So much space for us play, sleep, eat and relax! Perfect Home for our Soccer Crew!

This property was amazing! We were in Phoenix for a soccer tournament and had multiple families here. House had everything we needed, plenty of things to keep teenage boys occupied when they were off the field. Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen well equipped! So many nice touches throughout the house. Would absolutely stay here again. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

My family, of 30, gathered in Pheonix over the Thanksgiving weekend and we LOVED the Max Resort! The pictures did not disappoint. The place was clean and very well appointed. It was the most organized and well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. All the details, including coffee, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. were available, which made it so much easier with such a large group! We had people of all age ranges who were able to enjoy the amenities and spread out over the large house and backyard AND we were all able to gather for meals! I can’t say enough great things about the place and the communication with the property manager. I would highly recommend!

STAY HERE! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

First of all the property managers were great. Communication was swift and I never had to wait long for an answer. They were available during our whole stay. They even start your stay out with a welcome gift with snacks and some wine. The main house is set up beautifully. I had to look for a property that would accommodate my father who is an amputee and uses a wheelchair. He needs a walk in shower. The master bedroom was perfect for him. The open concept living room and kitchen was perfect for the family to enjoy time together. The kitchen is huge and stocked with every kitchen tool you could need. 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves were super convenient for large group. Tons of counter space. The coffee bar was stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, coffee pods. This was a super nice touch. Living room had huge comfy couches that recline. The back yard, which is where we spent most of our time, is absolutely beautiful. Lots of fun outdoor activities to keep everyone of all ages busy. The patio has more seating then you'll need. Which was nice to be able to spread out and not feel like everyone is crowded in one spot. The bunk house separate from the main house is a great hideout for the kids (or adults). They even had board games out there. Neighborhood is quiet. Groceries stores only a few blocks away. Easy on/off the freeway. I could go on and on about this property. If you are looking for a spot for a large group or family. This place is perfect.

Better than we expected!!!

We had family come from multiple states for a total of 25 and this big, amazing house, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space accommodated us very well. A pool, basketball court, volleyball, corn hole, board games and table tennis kept us all busy. A huge kitchen for us to cook and not bump into each other. Outside TV for us to chill at the fire pit and watch football! Big quiet, backyard sitting far away from the street with lots of parking. The PM Jessica was easy to talk to, answered all my question and very helpful!!!
