This property is not at all worth it. First, the extra hidden fees are ludicrous. This is run by a detached corporation that doesnât care whether youâre comfortable, and it shows. There is a reason most of the pictures show the amenities outside of the apartment, because this place is filthy. The walls themselves are nasty and in bad need of a paint job. There are holes in the walls, paint peeling off in several areas. There are numerous missing blinds, so donât expect privacy at night because everyone can see inside. The furniture is flimsy and hard as a rock, and the linens are cheap and scratchy. Worst of all, the check in process is infuriating. It took ten minutes and two people to get the janky lock box open. The parking spot is two levels down from the apartment and good luck figuring out which doors the fobs actually work on because itâs not the level youâre staying on, and many others. The entry instructions are only for the parking garage. I asked how I would enter without a car (because I was arriving after a late flight and wouldnât get my rental car until the next day). I was told theyâd look into it and get back to me. They never did and I never found a front door. The lady who delivered my Instacart order also couldnât find a way in so I had to leave a zoom meeting to retrieve my groceries & when I attempted to go back up, the key fobs wouldnât work on any doors & someone else had to finally let me in. Steer clear of this property and its owner.
