Spacious House with nice outdoor area

The house was very comfortable and the bedrooms were large. The kitchen lacked some supplies that would have helped with toddlers (plastic plates and glasses). The cleanliness was disappointing for the fee paid. One look under the couch for a lost toy and one could tell it had not been swept in a while. It would have been nice to have a vacuum there for renters use. The location however made up for these small things, walks to park, supermarket and wash path and a short drive to train park.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this property. It accommodated 5 adults, one child and a dog very comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated very nicely. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This rental was great for our family stay. Great location to shops and restaurants. The home had 3 big bedrooms and nice open floorplan. The property management team was great and easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend.

Charming Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

We selected this house for a surprise Christmas visit with my wife's mother. The home was the perfect place to host Christmas, with dinner. We even found a great spot for the tree we brought.

Lovely home, great location

We came here to recuperate after my son’s surgery at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. We had many changes in our schedule with the surgery and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The beds were very comfortable temperpedic and the house itself was very nicely located to restaurants. Would definitely come back.

A Great Home Base

This is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. We used it as home base for our shopping and dining trip and found its north of Old Town location perfect for our needs. Whether running up to the furniture shops in North Scottsdale by day or evening dining in Old Town it was always great to place to come home to. Big comfy sofa in a big great room with TV, kitchen and dining stocked with everything you need. We spent a lovely morning outside on the back patio having coffee in the warm sunshine before heading out for the day. It was just two of us in this big 3 bedroom house. Of course we only used the master bedroom and bath. The bath had a huge double shower which was really nice after we figured out how to get the water going, pressure was good. And the bed was memory foam which made me happy because I find them most comfortable. Loved having a garage to park in with direct entry to the home. Great home, great stay! The only thing missing is a Jacuzzi in the big beautiful back yard.

Not the backyard we were hoping for

We chose this house because of the pretty backyard photos. We thought it would be great for our 2 dogs. They were seeding winter grass while we were there so every AM the sprinklers turned on creating a muddy backyard. The first morning, I let the dogs out in the yard and they came back in with muddy paws all throughout the house. I had a lot of cleaning to do. Then I had to walk them on a leash in the backyard to try and avoid the muddiest areas and clean their feet every time they came into the house. By the end of the day the mud dried out but started all over again in the morning. On day two, I removed the outdoor furniture covers to find every seat filled with rat poop. I didn’t contact the owner because I was afraid they would send someone over and brush it on the ground. But with out any notification from the owners, a group of landscapers showed up in the backyard (a heads up would have been nice) and used the blowers to blow the rat poop all over the yard. This was a health hazard I was trying to avoid. There is a hole in the backyard ground where the rat is because my dog saw it and chased it into the hole. After we checked out, I sent a text to the owners telling them all of this and they apologized for the muddy yard and the unannounced landscapers but never mentioned the rat poop, even though I sent them several photos. I am sure after the grass is in and the rat is taken care of, this would be a nice yard. I can say the master bed is very comfortable.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the 6008 N 77th house. The owner was very great with communicating and addressing any concerns. The cleanliness could have been a lot better though. There were leftover coffee grinds in the coffee maker from who knows when, the floors seemed dirty, and the utensils/plates were disgusting (leftover crusty eggs).. Overall, the location was great and we’d stay again.
