Pros - The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Starbucks next door, with burgers place just past, and southwestern place right afterwards. Good water pressure in shower. Good price. Cons - had a microwave, fridge and dual burners, but no pots, dishes, plasticware or even paper towels. Dishes and pots were available to purchase. Had coffee available in the lobby but only had powdered pseudo creamer most days. Rooms cleaned only once a week. Noisy. People going up and down the hallway till midnight or later, including doors slamming. Some sort of large engines starting till the wee hours. Cars drag racing on the street at any hour. Other notes. Appears to have been built recently so everything looks new. Also looks optimized for long term stays- In conclusion, if you’re looking for a clean bare bones room at an excellent price that is a bit noisy, this is a great place.

Had a problem with my wifi i had to call the cable company myself. Then the toilet got stopped up i had to go to the front desk and get a plunger and unclog it myself never that happen before

Property had a bad smell from the moment you walk in the lobby area. Had to switch rooms within the first few minutes due to room was not cleaned since the last occupancy. Dirty bathroom and bedsheets on the floor. New room wasn’t much better and the bed was terrible. I have stayed here many times before but never again. This place has truly gone downward yet they still charge high price to stay.
