I stayed here briefly while in town for work, and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after long days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive despite my short stay. A lovely touch was receiving a small souvenir at the end of my stay, which really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place with warm hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

We had the most pleasant stay at Navatara. The staff was extremely thoughtful, kind and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Our only small thing we noticed was pool should have been cleaned and shock had a lot of free floating algae in it. The staff were beyond helpful and polite. Tara Resturant was nice to have on site. Free shuttle to beaches was very much appreciated. Location was perfect if there was no construction it was easy walking to all restaurants. Lastly be aware there is construction next door so quite noisy all day but that is not within their control. We would visit Navatara again once construction completed. Cheers Mike

The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas. It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service the staff is amazing. Very convenient shuttle service to nearby beaches and Prompthep cape. Construction next door remove a bit of the relaxed atmosphere due to noise. Breakfast was mostly quite good in general, but food sick one day, probably the curry. Thank you for everything!
