Nice resort with Villaa spread out over a beautiful garden. Lots of privacy if you book a pool villa, less so on the main pool as the resort is clearly better suited for families with screaming kids than for couples seeking relaxation. Buffet breakfast with great service station where you can order Asian or European dishes. View from main pool is the best feature (incredible beautiful). Overall restaurants are ok but Rawai is only a 5min cab ride away and offers better quality and scenery. Spa is ok but offers only two facials (hydration & anti-Aging). Villas are a bit outdated but the view and the private pool compensates. Location close to Rawai is an asset but beach in front of hotel is ok to watch but not for swimming (high tides and water always muddy). Majority of guests are families from Russia, Australia and UK so expect a lively conversation across sunbeds. Overall I would I would consider this more a decent 4**** and not a 5***** property. Great when you have kids, not so much for couples or solo travellers.
Amazing pool (as beach is not good for swimming). Many kids though.

My husband and I stayed 7 days and the property and room were great! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Tammy at the front desk was great as was Tommy with great suggestions for activities. Our room was always freshly cleaned and well stocked. The whole property was so clean and was great for relaxing. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We had an AMAZING TIME at the Vijitt. I went with my best friend, Lauren, and it was nothing but luxury and wonderful treatment. The staff was amazing. We want to shout out to Tommy, who gave us great recommendations and Maria and the other ladies at the dining hall. They went above and beyond to serve us. One thing we will say is that this resort is very romantic haha, so perfect to come with your love. But we still had a great time!!

Wow, loved this resort's vibe. First time at a resort and this was expensive... but totally worth it. My wife and I stayed for about a week. All be it, we mostly just stayed for breakfast and a few dinner+sleep. Overall...we had great time when there. Awesome staff and great amenities. The spa is pretty expensive for Thailand, but it definitely was worth it to experience it once. We also could get help to and from our room, relatively promptly. The beach is ok. Not a swimming beach or a relaxing lay in the sand beach. More like fun tide pool exploration, good views type beach. If you're into that sort of thing, this is perfect for you. Seriously not a big deal for us. Everything else was great and anyone complaining about the steep uphill walk to the lobby are just bent out of shape, literally. If that walk sucks for you, then you probably need it more than you think. The breakfast was awesome as well. Came with the resort! However, dinner did not. Not too big of a deal though. Seriously if you want that island vibe without the laying on the beach and with stellar srvice staff this is your place. Gang gang

This hotel should not be rated as five star. It should be three star at best. The surrounding area is not conducive to getting food or anywhere safely because there are no sidewalks, no lighting and it is a major road. The hotel is having major construction as we speak, and this was not told to us at all. Lounge chairs were filthy. The beach because of high and low tide completely disappears for up to 12 hours a day. The shower is outside so you have mosquitos in the same space. At best 3 stars. Best thing about this booking was the free foot massage.

The resort was under renovation and it was not mentioned at time of the booking so it was a surprise for us to find that the whole resort was pretty much under construction. The first morning we missed the breakfast due to jet lag, although they accommodate a couple of toast and a croissant with coffee, they did charge us -even though we did pay extra for the breakfast included option at booking. It is an average resort and I guess you get what you pay. We normally stay a more up range resorts and the difference is obvious.

We were upgraded to a Beachfront Pool Villa (thanks Vijitt!), and it was the most amazing setting. The private pool and view is magnificent, and the rooms are lovely. It was very private. We loved the beach, even though there are no waves, the quietness makes up for it.

Extremely relaxing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Scenery amazing. With all Phuket’s booming tourist trade this was an oasis in the desert. Reminded me of the old Thailand from years ago. Everything about this resort top notch.if you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to come.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast is good. Massage at the spa is fantastic and professional. Our villa had a great view, huge bath that also had the ocean vista. Room was comfortable - enormous bed. Bring insect repellent and antihistamines as mosquitoes are rampant.
