The staff were really good however since we booked 2 rooms we had to be moved twice due to room issues and maintenance of the hotel. Regardless the team was very effective in moving us rooms however the inconveniences of having to move more than once was uncomfortable. Nevertheless the staff were great and the ones who made our stay comfortable.

Room was clean, ocean view and spacious. Buggy service great. Very prompt . Breakfast very delicious. The eating area is overlooking the ocean. It is well kept with greenery surrounding the whole area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to phuket. The staff is very nice .
