Panoramic countryside views stretch in every direction, surrounding this sophisticated sanctuary with genuine quiet where nature sets the pace and the outside world fades away.

Inside, an expansive open-plan living area is designed for connection and comfort, with one lounge centred around a large TV for movie nights and another gathered around the fireplace, creating warmth and atmosphere during cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and centred around a generous island with bar stools, creating an easy place for casual breakfasts. Nearby, the dining area invites shared meals and lingering conversations.

A second living room opens to uninterrupted rural views, with multiple seating zones designed for slow moments, reading, or quiet conversation. Nearby, a dedicated office provides a calm, light-filled workspace with reliable Starlink connectivity.

Step outside to expansive alfresco living across multiple outdoor zones overlooking the surrounding hills. Two patios are designed for alfresco dining, with a covered verandah featuring a BBQ, generous seating, and sun loungers positioned to soak up the elevated setting. The brand-new private pool invites refreshing swims, while the fire pit becomes a cosy gathering spot as the sky fills with stars. Set slightly apart, the outdoor bathroom offers a private bath and shower, creating a deeply restorative wellness ritual at dusk.

Sleeping accommodation is arranged for privacy and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite, creating a comfortable retreat. A second bedroom also includes a king bed, with a single Koala sofa bed available on request for an additional cost. Along the hallway, one bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, while another offers two single beds that can be converted into a king on request for an additional fee. A fifth bedroom sits toward the rear of the home with a queen bed and convenient access to a nearby bathroom.

Bathrooms are well distributed and finished in a clean, contemporary style with essentials suited to group stays. A full laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer visits. On-site driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles.

Set along Upper Piambong Road, the home sits within a peaceful pocket of rolling countryside around 20 minutes from Mudgee’s vibrant town centre, known for its boutique shops, local cafés, and weekend markets. The elevated rural setting is defined by open space, wide skies, and genuine stillness—ideal for quiet morning walks exploring the surrounding hills, spotting wildlife, and watching breathtaking sunsets.

Despite the sense of seclusion, many of Mudgee’s renowned wineries are within a short, scenic drive, with nearby Goree Park cellar door and horse stud offering a taste of the region’s agricultural and equestrian heritage.

Private transport services for up to ten guests can be arranged for winery tours or dining in town, allowing you to enjoy the region without the need to drive.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Bedroom 2 includes a single Koala sofa bed. This can be set up for an 11th guest at an additional cost of $50 per night, which includes linen and towels. If a guest within the 10-person booking would like the sofa bed set up, a $30 linen fee applies.
