Single-family house "Laura", renovated in 2021. In the hamlet Most Pićan 4 km from the centre of Pićan, 20 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet position, 14 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) round (5,5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 11.9 km, pebble beach 20 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room house 75 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
