We love this hotel. We have stayed here several times. However the air conditioning was not working in our room this time. Only the fan was working and the room got especially warm during the night. We checked in later in the evening and didn’t realize the a/c wasn’t working until it was too late and too much trouble to change rooms.

They stuck me in a room with only a hand-held spray for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The room had a hot pot but they never replenished the tea bags. There was no continental breakfast, unusual for a hotel this expensive. The front desk was unable to give me receipts for either the room or the uber ride to the airport. Staff in the bar/dining room were great.

I stayed for 4 days. They provided a hot pot & 4 tea bags, but they never replenished the tea bags so I ran out. They do not provide any type of small continental breakfast. Seems kind of chintzy. The shower is a hand-held device which I found very inconvenient. Staff at the desk was unable to provide me with any type of receipt for the rooms or the uber ride. There's an outdoor smoking area close to the front entrance which was kind of offensive to nonsmokers.

When I first pulled up it was evening and I was road weary. I thought’s other old musty place. Then the valet assisted me with a smile and wonderfulness. The front desk gentleman was so kind and gave me a wonderful not musty room in a hotel that is not musty at all. The food, the staff where excellent.
