The night started out bad. We could not connect to the internet on the TV and we called the front desk- they said there was no one to help us with it till the morning. All through the night there were young adults running through the hallway and yelling. We woke up at 7:30am with people yelling, laughing, and stomping out of rhe lobby. When we tried to take a hot shower, there was no hot water. We spoke to the front desk in the morning and they said there was nothing they could do. But that night they told us to wait till the morning. So basically they intended to never do anything
