I’ve never had to leave a bad review in my life. This cabin was so disappointing. We have 2 elderly men in our family, one with dementia. The main living room tv did not work, he can’t walk very well so he couldn’t go downstairs to watch it. When we contacted, they never helped the situation. The porch fireplace wouldn’t work, they also never fixed the issue. The upstairs shower was dirty. One of the extra blankets in the closet had pee stains on it. The pool table pockets are wore out, when shooting a pool ball it would fall on the ground. The dust on lamps, etc. was an inch thick. We will not be back to this cabin for the 1300 price we paid for 2 nights, absolutely not worth it.

We came for the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion and had so much fun making memories playing pool, air hockey and on the arcade machine, and chilling in the hot tub and relaxing on the porch. Will definitely be staying here again!

Pluses: The cabin’s configuration with a bedroom, king bed and adjoining bathroom on each of the three floors was perfect for the three couples in our group. A fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds was great for the three kids we had with us. Close proximity to Dollywood and many restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the putt putt golf in the front yard. However, if you seek a pretty, forested environment, this isn’t it. The cabin sits across the street from a 70’s duplex and while there are trees behind the cabin, they don’t entirely hide the view of the dilapidated apartment complex on the street behind it. Internet connectivity was extremely slow throughout our stay and intermittent the first three days. We had no TV for the first three days.

Love this property; stayed in many different properties in the Pigeon Forge area, and usually we like our cabins, but never seem to book the same one twice. This one was different and special, we will stay at this cabin again.Thank you for having us!!

Wonderful family trip!

My family of four (two children 7 and under) along with my in-laws stayed at this beautiful cabin. The layout allowed everyone to have their own space but also share in special times together. The pool table, hot tub and mini golf course were big hits with our group. The location is also perfect, just off of the main parkway but secluded enough not to be noisy. We were able to easily visit the Titanic museum, the Island, Gatlinburg, the Tanger outlets, Dolly Parton’s stampede and more attractions during our stay. We had a wonderful family trip and would definitely stay at this cabin again! Also, we did have an issue with a jacuzzi tub during our stay, but Justin (the property manager) was very responsive and resolved the issue timely.

Excellent Vacation

This was our second time back to this property. We love the cabin, it’s very clean and comfortable. The host is very good at keeping in touch and making sure everything is ok with your stay. The king size suites are wonderful! The beds are very comfortable. We love the game room. The location of the property is great and very close to so many great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay at Pigeon Forge.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect home for our mountain visit! We really enjoyed the miniature golf, hot tub & back porch. The location was great- very close to all the activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer. We would not hesitate to book this rental again!

Fun Family Favorite

Close proximity to Dollywood and all that Pigron Forge offers. End of a cul de sac so quiet and private. Very clean and comfortable and provides entertainment for young teens. Hot tubs and cozy porch with fireplace.

Cabin in the woods feel in the city!

We’re so glad we picked this cabin to stay in. It is a beautiful home in a quiet peaceful setting. It is loaded with amenities and necessities to suite everyone. The mini golf and corn hole located outside are an added bonus. Super close to everything on the parkway, while still maintaining that cabin in the woods feel. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here you’ll love it.

Excellent Property

We loved this property! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect location, close to many great restaurants and attractions. We loved the mini golf that came with the house and the game room, especially the pool table and the multi arcade games! The master suites were wonderful. They each had their own fireplace and the deck outside the living room had an outside fireplace as well. We came in June, and it was great that the owner allowed us to use the fireplaces. A lot of owners will not permit you to use their fireplace in the summer months. The hot tub was wonderful and very clean. The owner was great about keeping in touch with us while we were there. We will definitely be back and rent this cabin again!

Awesome House, Close to Everything

The house was amazing. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so there isn't any traffic. And less than 10 minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge. There's plenty of room for all of us without climbing over each other. There's was plenty of kitchenware for everyone. My 12 yo spent most of the time at the house playing pool and the arcade game. The hot tub was nice too. It was tucked away so you could have some privacy.

very poor customer service

The property was okay except that when we got there the fitted sheet on the master bed was actually a mattress protector made of plastic with no fitted sheet on top of it. I texted the property manager the following morning and was told a fitted sheet would be delivered that day. When we got back to the house at 9pm there was no fitted sheet. When I reached out to the manager again they proceeded to tell me that the mattress protector was the fitted sheet and it didn't need another one. I was told they didn't want to send the cleaning crew back out because the cleaning crew would charge them again. So we ended up having to sleep on a plastic mattress protector for two nights. They essentially lied to us about bringing us an actual fitted sheet for the bed and simply said "I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations." The customer service was pathetic with this property. Don't stay here if you expect any service whatsoever.

3 Generations - Great cabin for all

For a family seeking all the “action” available in Pigeon Forge, this cabin is perfect! It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac, but only 3 minutes off the Parkway. Getting to and from all the attractions was easy and fast. On the day we got unexpected rain, our grandson said, “Good, we get to stay at the cabin!” With the video games, pool table, air hockey, and more, we had a great day of family at home. The mini golf course was so much fun, we were playing after dark with flashlights! The cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and lots of TVs so everyone can watch what they want. Great place for a family or group. Thanks for a fun visit!

Nice Place

This home was very clean and very accommodating. It was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The on-site mini golf and cornhole was convenient for the family and kids. The only downfall I would say is that it was very loud coming from the apartment complex across the street. It was still manageable and really wouldn’t make that a not going there again.

Wonderful cabin close to attractions!

We had a group of 11 stay at this cabin and had plenty of activities to keep all busy and happy. We had 5 children (ages 1-15) and we never heard the phrase "we're bored" once.
