Roaches everywhere, condescending staff that would rather change room than fix key card that didn’t work room. Questioned it was me than Stu k me in a dusty room with no shower curtain or toiletries. Ducks and poop all around pool. It’s a “amenity” the clerk said

Nobody was available to check in. Intoxicated maintenance man had to call someone on his cell phone To get me checked in. Had to give credit card number over the phone. Room was terrible. In complete disarray. Shelves were held on to the walls with coat hangers. Deadbolt on door did not work. Had to put a chair against the door. Second night the hotel got raided by law enforcement. At least fourteen police officers. Will not stay here again.

We had two queen beds. There was one chair to sit on in the room. The water in the bathroom toilet ran non stop. The TV had no signal from the cable. Te refrigerator did not work. The phone was missing a cord to the wall. The mattress needs to be replaced, it was worn out. The bathroom toilet paper holder was missing a wall bracket. The night time security door lock was broken.

This place has roaches. The front desk man was amazing and gave me a full refund for the week I paid for. Also apparently has bed bugs or fleas on the beds. I’m not sure about that one tho as I just heard a couple come in with getting bit in two separate rooms. Has everything on the strip but if you don’t want roaches don’t go here.

upon checking in there was a lady getting a refund for her room bc it was dirty, the lady working laughed in her face and the man working said “this is why i hate to work. it is annoying.”but i still checked in anyways and when i got to my room it wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t worth $75 a night! door lock&latch was broken, air conditioner didn’t work, tv did not work, phone did not work, and the shower only worked halfway, they wouldn’t switch our rooms or fix anything, i will never be staying here again! also the room keys unlock all the doors so if you don’t mind being walked in on by strangers go ahead an stay here!

Best room in Pigeon Forge

The room was amazing and the cleanest in town, Staff was top notch and Sheila at the front desk was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. The property is such a better place with here at the desk.

We stayed here once before it was so much better than this time. This time our mattress was wore out. The top of the mattress was all springs no cushion at all. Springs was poking out of the top of the mattress. When telling the guy at the front desk he just stirred at us. My husband asked if he would like to go look. We wasn’t lying. He then said no, but that’s not something we can just fix.

The room was extremely clean and looked amazing and the front desk staff were always nice and very helpful and had fresh towels and wash rags every day. Whoever is running this hotel is doing an amazing job and the ladies cleaning rooms are the best in town and are willing to help in anyway they can

Don't stay here

Only thing good about this stay is the room was very clean. No t.v. I told the front desk she said lots of TV's were not working. I asked for a ice bucket and was handed a bag with ice. They used their hand to scoop out a hand full. This has to be my worst experience here. Since I've stayed here in the past on several occasions. This hotel has really gone down hill. Plus we seen several roaches in the bathroom.
