Our stay was awful, the air conditioning was broken, we thought it would cool off but the unit just blew hot air, we stayed in the room because we didn’t want to get dressed and pack our stuff to move to another room at 3.30 in the morning. I told the man when we checked out and he was totally unconcerned about our complaint about the broken air conditioner. We stayed 5 nights in pigeon Forge 14th-19th the stay was great the Walden was beautiful, I’ll never stay at La Quinta again the reviews I’ll post on Facebook will state what we went through. Our room number was 111 , you might tell them to repair the unit, the room smelled like mildew or mold , miserable night !!

The Walden is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Fresh coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast is served every morning. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs are great amenities especially after a long day of traveling or going to Dollywood. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Sitting out on the balcony is quite nice, too.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All i could say negatively would be is that the garbage truck comes to empty the dumpsters at 3:30am and is very very loud. Also if you stay on Friday and Saturday night there is live outdoor music at the restaurant close by and goes pretty late.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds and pillows re very comfy. I like the fact that fresh coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. Very nice and professional staff the hot tubs are great.

Staff were very friendly! The lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast was typical, nothing great, but want bad. The rooms were nice, roomy, comfortable and clean! They used Dove toiletries so I really liked that. There was a fireplace in the room but we couldn't figure out how to make it work. Loved the balcony!! The courtyard by the hot tub was lovely! Loved the fire pit!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great spot close to the island. Easy parking, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, bacon and biscuits. The carpark was a large area and rubbish removal was noisy throughout the early hours. That’s the only negative. I’d stay again
