the apt. had most everything needed in the kitchen and was comfortable .The furniture in the living room is well warn and needs upgrading though. and an entry door mat inside would be great for rainy days etc .And the roku with no cable tv sucks. There is no way to see current news and weather.with the roku .

Great Stay, but Thin Walls

I definitely would not be staying there with my children. Our walls were VERY thin and we could hear our neighbors ...celebrating their honeymoon. But overall, it was a great location, not right on the main road, which I liked. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels, linens, soap, ect. Check in/out was very easy and the price was extremely well for all that you get (kitchen, living room, king size bed.)

Excellent Option!

This condo was amazing! It was right off of the parkway. Close to everything. We have stayed in cabins up in the mountains in the past, which I love! But with 2 pre-teens, you have to keep them busy. This property was perfect! It allowed us to be in the midst of everything, but also come back for lunch or downtime if needed. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was nice. Soaking tub was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked with any kind of appliance you may need. We stayed over New Year's Eve. Bonus! We could even see the fireworks from the Island from the condo! We had a great stay and would definitely book this property again in the future!

Small but cute

It was small but well laid out. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I did not expect a full kitchen. It needs some updating but that would not keep me from using it again. The biggest issue was the mattress on the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. We could not use it. But that was the only big problem. It was out of the way but close to everything. I would stay there again.

Nice but needs updated badly

The bad The lamp shades were coming apart, mattress on bed was hard to sleep on, shower had been cleaned but was stained yellow, toilet didn’t flush but after calling it was repaired. Roll out couch was horrible. Bedroom tv would work part of the time. The good. Room was clean, laid out nice. Decorated nice. Over all for the money I’ll not be back. If the room Was priced according to the quality I wouldn’t complain, but was way high per night for the lack of updates.

The ONLY negative about our stay was that you can hear the people upstairs.

The bed was AMAZING pillows and bedding were truly superior. Plenty of TP, paper towels, towels, tons of bonus appliances, blender, popcorn popper, juicer you name it, they had it. Extras like Splenda and tea were there I would absolutely stay again. The only thing negative was that you could hear the people upstairs and they were up at 6am.

Good place to Stay, fit our Family of four. Pool available. Close to attractions, and grocery store! Our family is growing, so might have to look for more space, but a good choice for a couple, or a small Family. Apartment directly upstairs had some loud little runners late into the night, but what do ya do?! Lol! Maybe Have a few extra drinks to help you sleep through it!;)

Needs improvement.

This was our first time staying at this location. Several items are in need of improvement: 1) had to go to management to get extra towels,etc. Folks staying 7 days need more than 3 washcloths 2) bed needs new mattress cover, it continued to wad up to one side. Bedspread very old, did not use. Bed needs replacement. 3) area rugs are extremely dirty and sticky, need replacing 4) lights behind complex are extra bright and window needs dark blinds, shade or curtains, hard to sleep with daylight coming through all night 5) no dishwasher 6) pictures were not accurate for this property 7) do not feel we got our money value for this property, had it not been a week of convention and trying to find another place we would have moved.

cleaning 101

The property was in a very quiet area. At first glance the property looked good when I entered. I then looked at the carpets and they were very dirty; along with the sofa. I later took off my shoes for a shower. I stepped back out in the hall and that is when I realized the floors were also nasty. I cleaned on my vacation. I left property cleaner than what I found it. Someone needs to follow up on the housekeepers.

When we arrived everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the web site said WiFi and we did not have WiFi which was a bit disappointing. Overall it is a great place to stay.
