Clean large rooms. Bathroom and shower is very nice. The 3 elevators and glooring outside of them was always sticky, whole stay, I'm not sure why and why staff didn't clean it afyer 4 days of being there.... you stick to the floor. Unfortunately during our whole stay for our 30th anniversary the hot tub was broke. Breakfast was good except Saturday everything is gone and ot enough staff to refill things.

The rooms are large and well decorated. The staff is absolutely top notch with a special shout out to Neidra, Marie and Ashley. The property is one of the best laid out with lots of pools, game room for families. The restaurant grill is excellent. The location is perfect for getting around without hitting all the traffic and close to good restaurants and sites. I love the Compass Hotel. Excellent!!

The room was very clean! Loved all the amenities. My son loved that he was able to swim outside in the pool in October. My only complaint was my mattress and pillows. The pillows were super soft but to the point I needed three. The bed was soft but could definitely see the wear of how many how slept on it.

The main reason we went there as a family was dor the pool and got tub. When we get there for our 2 night stay the got tub was out of service so we just sat by the fireplace. It would be nice if you could update your websites to show what you really have available
