Our third return trip to this hotel will likely be our last. Woke up at 6AM to my wife freaking out that she just killed a cockroach on the nightstand by our heads in between the two beds. If there is one, there are likely many, many more and our luggage was on the ground (gross). Immediately went to the front desk to ask for a room in another building and the front desk agent acted unsurprised about the complaint and said there were no rooms available in other buildings or areas of the hotel. Least believable lie of all time as the hotel was dead as was the parking lot midweek and saw alt rooms advertised in other areas of the hotel. Have pictures of the parking lot and dead roach. Was given a room 3 floors directly above and no apology or follow up from the front desk or a manager. Honestly not confident the front desk agent reported the issue, nor alerted a manager and whether or not it will be cleaned properly given the pest problem. Do your own due diligence. Very disappointing and will likely be our last trip here. Only reason we did not leave was that our kids love the dance party and didnt want to disappoint them by leaving early. Have recommended this hotel to so many of our friends with small kids as a good value fun hotel near dollywood, but something changed in both cleanliness and customer service.

It was a great hotel . The only down side is not having a coffee maker in room. You have to pay for the coffee there at the resort. We also had no microwave in room to warm up food.

The bed was good, the tub had some hairs in it. There was no coffee pot had to purchase coffee from a shop down stairs and it wasn't even good. I received a coupon good for 1 scoop of ice cream when I ordered I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream in a sugar cone . The guy refused to charge me for 1 scoop and a cone and take the coupon for the other. He told me that it could only be used on a single scoop only. It was very frustrating. The bath tub next to the bed had no towels or shampoo close by , you would think if they are going to put a tub near the bed area they would have at least one towel and some shampoo available to you.

The pool area is awesome, and the location of the hotel. We would stay here again, but recommend dusting and vacuuming better in the rooms. Other than that, we had a great stay!
