Room was not ready for check-in at 4 PM. Ended up leaving and coming back as had reservations elsewhere and had to get ready in the public bathrooms at the hotel. The shower handle was broken and there was a piece of the drain lying to the side of the shower.

Our stay was good. They were pet friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. The pool was nice and kids liked the slide. My only request would be more options in the pantry for guests. There was not much to choose from. A continental breakfast would have been nice. And if not those additional things, vending machines would have sufficed.
