I didn't like the idea of not have an option of not have a pet friendly room. Our carpet was damp and smelled of dog, we had to go to CVS and buy air fresheners to mask the smell. And I hate to say this, but the whole time we were in the room we never felt it was clean and a lot of that was due to the damp carpet and smell. I will never stay in another 100% pet friendly hotel!!!

Stayed for a few nights on way to Florida. They are great for dogs. Treats in the lobby. Great location for lots of events, close to the island. It would be nice to have a better variety for breakfast. Water and coffee 24 hours per day.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was pretty good. My kids loved the fact that the pool was 24 hours. The romm was clean, kind of small but I really loved the bathroom. Also the staff was friendly.

Everything was wonderful and had an awesome stay. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. There was a few things that needed to be adjusted but did not make us upset. Can’t wait to go back

UGH!!!

This has to be the one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at for the price of $150 plus. I felt like I was in the ghettos of Mexico. There was no elevator, The initial room stunk, the tub was dirty, looking scratched and old. There was almost no furniture. The bed was mushy. The ac unit looked like it had mold. There was a beer and a water left in the fridge. And on the way into our room, there were young boys sitting on their phones on the stairway who never moved, multiple young men in the hallway on the floor on their phone, and multiple people hanging out underneath a tree at 10pm. The front desk person (who was apologetic about everything), moved us to another room which at least had more furniture and didn’t stink….BUT there were multiple stains on the ONE chair. What a friggin’ disgusting place!

We had a great stay! They were a little understaffed which left us waiting a few times. Poor Brooklyn worked her butt off by herself at night a couple of times, but she was GREAT!

The doors were very loud when closing. This woke us up multiple times. Also, it was noisy all night long. Kids were running and screaming at the pool.

It was nice, the room was clean. For a hotel that allowed pets (including ours), it was quiet. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous.
